The room was advertised as a large 25-meter family room but it was only a standard 15 square mt room. I went to see the manager who said it was as advertised. He also said I should have called them to request this spa room to get a room this size. I had paid over $100 more for this room already. The glasses and mugs were very dirty. We had only one facecloth between the two of us. I went to the office three times to get another face cloth and waited for about 10 minutes after ringing the bell but he didn’t come out each time. This is terrible service The beds were not made by cleaners. Cleaners came in on Sat morning but only replaced two towels, didn’t make the beds, and didn’t clean the sink or glasses in the sink. We didn't get any more face washers. The carpet is very dirty and the window winder was broken and the shower screen knob also broke off each time we opened the shower door. Customer service is non-existent.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) for 3 nights. Room was lovely and clean and bright and everyone slept well, even had our own little backyard area. Pool area was relaxing and clean. Would recommend for anyone to stay here.

Having stayed at this motel in 2021 . wewere happy to book again this year to be disappointed we booked three rooms . The first disappointment was dead flies on all our windows sills thought we would have a barbecue slush all around barbecue from leaking pool sign says clean barby after use no utensils and nothing to clean barbecue with . Umbrellas in the pool area were broken told us he had a new one but wouldn’t put it up . As been very hot . Pool very slimy no maintenance. As it was hot asked for a ice block tray owner laughed at us and we never got one . No clean towels after 4 days only because we asked . All hanging pot plants were dead ,gardens were neglected . At $150 a night we expected a little bit more service . Told not to ring while out for dinner or lock ourselves out . Disappointed overall .

Pre arrival happy with communications advising ac out of order and if we wanted to cancel or for venue to find alternative accommodation all possible. We stayed with two fans that sufficed after heat of the dispersed. 2 bedroom unit is just this with a small lounge/kitchen. However nice to have small deck and outdoor area for longer stays. Managers very nice and accommodating . Medium size pool on site but quite squashy when several families in and during a pandemic, we opted to use early morning before got too hot and pool demand increased. Very close to town , likely works well for an overnight stop with families or a few nights if travelling with adults. Would return when travelling through again.
