Staff are nice but housekeeping and service are poor, and feels like they allocate unpreferred room when booking is thru agents. I will not stay at this hotel again and will reconsider booking thru agents.

Overall it's average, not bad, but not that good, not that bad either, the price is expensive, and the service is not good.
Facilities: everything you need, the gym is very small
Environment: beautiful, grand, the bar is great
Service: the reception service is very good
