located in city centre, just 1 min from Waverly station.
Very nice room and one of the best breakfast offers

Have stayed at this beautiful hotel twice now. It doesn't disappoint. Love the rooms, the cocktail bar, relaxing downstairs in the lounge.

Perfect location in New Town, close to the best shopping, and only a short stroll to Old Town. Great (though a little noisy) during the Fringe.

Except for the room which is very small, the services in general is good. Breakfast serving is excellent. 

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Staff very friendly and helpful and the facilities were excellent. The room was spotless with great city views. And all the extra goodies in the fridge were complimentary. Will definitely book again :)

We have stayed in a few indigos in the past and all have been pleasant stays. Staff here are friendly but I feel the hotel is quite tired. The corridor to our room always had a dank smell and the room itself was tatty. We had a dual aspect at the front which was both lovely and horrendous at the same time. Views fabulous, noise levels off the scale! It’s a city with city noise but the windows don’t have double glazing. We were told as it’s an old building they weren’t allowed to double glaze. I’m sure other hotels have got round this issue with secondary glazing or some such. Central location but we won’t stay again

We stayed a total of 4 nights, in two different rooms.  Hotel staff were kind and helpful.  Rooms were small.  Loud at times in the hallway up until midnight.  Room windows can face internal functional courtyard with cooking exhaust and dumpsters (heard loud crashing bottles sound in middle of night).  Dining room staff seemed exhausted.  The bathroom faucet barely hit the edge of the sink, so it was hard to wash hands or brush teeth.  There was mold on the caulk in our shower.  I would stay again I had to, but I might look elsewhere first.  I think everyone was trying hard.

This hotel is awesome. We stayed seven nights. Centrally located. Staff was amazing…(Zoe at front desk and Aidan in the bar!).. Breakfast was delicious. Bed comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this convenient beautiful boutique hotel.
