We booked the hotel room mainly because of the en-suite washer and dryer. After three days in the Highlands, all our clothes were muddy. Note, the hotel does not have any drying racks.  The location was fine for us. We like to do a lot of walking. The front desk staff were always very friendly. The bagged breakfast in the morning was nice. I would say my only complaint is the bathroom, it very much felt like an afterthought. There was no counterspace! The drawer right under the sink did come out so you could put your products there. The rest of the hotel room had so much personality, but the bathroom was boring, white and beige, and not functional.

the location was pretty good(about 20mins walk to old town), clean room but windows are hard to open since they are pretty old.

Great location. Very clean. Nice room and friendly staff. Free breakfast bag was a great plus.

Good room but just a little hard about the parking space that we need to park at NCP which is not that far but would be better if has somewhere closer.

Loved my stay. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel. But the pay had breakfast and drinks you could purchase. I also liked that it was close enough to walk to all of the sights but far enough away to be out of the crowds. The person that greeted us, I think his name was VJ, was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, shower head was great and the towels were plush. What more could I ask for?

A very nice apartment hotel, very suitable for a family of three or four, no need to book two rooms. There is also a beautiful living room and kitchen facilities are also available. Although it is not cleaned every day, the apartment is equipped like home and is large enough to really make people feel like a home away from home. No daily cleaning is not a problem at all. Just remember to bring slippers and toothbrushes.

It's about a 20-minute walk from the train station. The room has a living room and is very well-equipped with a washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, and induction cooker. It's very clean. Everything else was good, except that the breakfast was a box of drinks, biscuits and the like in a paper bag, which was not very tasty. I still went out for breakfast the next day.

The location is great and the facilities are convenient. I booked the same room type as my colleague. His room was a large suite.

All aspects of the hotel are very satisfactory. In a convenient location, clean and tidy, friendly staff, complete facilities. Will stay again next time.

The room is great. The two rooms are well decorated. The sofa bed is also large and fully equipped. The equipment is very new. The service staff has a very good attitude!

The hotel is very close to the Ross Fountain. I personally think that Edinburgh Castle looks the most beautiful from this angle. The room is very spacious, and the supporting facilities are quite complete. There is a kitchen, a washing machine and a clothes dryer. I am really satisfied.

Check-in time must be after three o'clock, not even a moment earlier. Please note if there is any urgent need. For the first time, we were given a room with a window by the roadside where we could see pedestrians. The room was far away and it took a long walk to get to it. If it was inconvenient for our luggage, we had to leave a message for them. Later, I moved to a semi-basement floor. Next time, I need to inform in advance that I don’t want a roadside room. There is a kitchen but there are no windows and there is not enough light so there is no cooking. The small table is suitable for two or three people to dine. The lobby is very unique. The room rate is very expensive. I don't know if it's because of the art festival. I went to a nearby inn and asked about it. The price is much cheaper but it's more convenient and comfortable than here. I don't want to choose this place next time. I don't see anything good except for the kitchen.

This hotel is the most expensive one I stayed in the UK this time, and it is also the one with the worst experience. I really don't want to give it a star. Stayed for two nights. On the first day at three o’clock in the middle of the night, the hotel fire alarm rang. Everyone hurriedly put on their coats and ran outside the hotel. It was already quite cold in Scotland at night. There was a father sitting on the ground holding his child in bare feet next to him. It took about 20 minutes, and no staff came out to explain and appease. Finally, we saw other residents who said that they could go in if they had nothing to do, so everyone went in. In addition, the room is on the first floor, and there is a small road outside the window. From 6:00 in the morning, there are large trucks parked outside the window to unload goods (the large trucks parked outside the window in the photo), the noise is so loud that it is impossible to sleep, even during the day Open the curtains, because the driver can see into the room at a glance. Although it is equipped with kitchen facilities, the oven function of the microwave oven does not work. I asked two apartment staff, but they didn't understand it. Later, I researched it myself and dealt with it. The location is not good, it takes a long time to go to the scenic spots, and there is no convenience store nearby, which is very inconvenient. I was originally selected based on his family's evaluation and scoring, but the result was too bad, too bad.
