Very pleasant experience. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. Easy to catch a bus in front of the guest house. Would stay again

Jimmy und Fiona bereiten einen herzlichen Empfang von Beginn an. Die Zimmer sind im Stil des Hauses möbliert und sehr gemütlich. Das Bad neu und modern renoviert. Zum Frühstück kann man aus einer reichhaltigen Liste wählen und alles wird frisch zubereitet. Bis in die Stadtmitte kann man in etwa 25 min zu Fuß laufen. Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus verfügbar.

Wow. Simply wow. We were absolutely delighted. Fiona is a wonderful host, the room immaculate, the food delicious. Jimmy was kind and personable is the bet of ways. I can not recommend this B and B enough. Our room had everything needed and more. We look forward to coming back again!

Wonderful experience, great breakfasts. Was fun to try local food. Hosts were so kind and gave excellent suggestions and tips for enjoying Edinburgh. Definitely recommend. Stayed in a family room and beds were very comfortable. Thank you!!
