Such a great hotel for it's price. I never got a slipper and hot chocolate in a UK hotel room before. And stuff are very friendly.

Great location, easy parking and lovely helpful staff, but glad we got a good deal on the room as ours was looking very tired and could have done with a new carpet. I would have been disappointed with the room if I had paid nearly £200 for it.

It is just near the Spain Visa Centre. Everything is great. The room space is very big. But the bad thing is that at that night, the fire alarm was tripped multiple times at 4:00am and also went off three times after that which made people very insecure.

Have stayed over Malmaisons before so easy choice to make but the location was perfect with lovely walk from Leith to Edinburgh and the staff and food were fantastic. We look forward to a future visit.

Having stayed at this hotel before we were extremely disappointed in this stay.
Car park is handy and nearby.
Check in was easy and quick.
Upon arriving into our room we were shocked to find a half eaten biscuit on our tray. The view from the hotel was terrible and claustrophobic.
The room was advertised as having a iron but unfortunately the iron was absolutely terrible and ruined a new top of mines.
I raised concerns to the reception staff the following day and they arranged for our room to be cleaned and kindly offered us both a free drink.
For the price of this hotel I was highly disappointed and most likely will not stay again.

Fantastic waterside location, comfortable, clean, friendly, excellent breakfast, good small gym, walking distance from Royal Yacht Britannia, close to tram to airport or into Edinburgh. Opposite Fishers Restaurant where we had delicious seafood lunch.

Kris was so kind. Every time he saw us, he asked us what we’d found. I’d mentioned that my son collects coins, and the next time he saw me, he had a special coin for my son! Sydni spent an exorbitant amount of time helping us route a trip to our our-off-the-way “family” castle. Jaro came immediately to fix a problem in the room and was very friendly.

Stayed in this hotel last night for my husband birthday, beautiful hotel, great location, quick commute by tram from the centre. Evening meal and breakfast was amazing. All the staff were lovely special thanks to Kris on reception who was very helpful and polite
