This hotel is a pitfall. We booked a terrace king room, but the terrace was on the first floor, while the front desk was on the sixth floor, so the view from the terrace was like a frog in a well. The most terrible thing was that the two first-floor rooms we were given could not be reached by the elevator, so we had to carry our luggage by ourselves, and the porter ignored us after seeing us. We had no choice but to spend the money for the terrace room on a room with no view and no terrace, just to have an elevator. The facilities in the room were OK, except that it was small. There was a waiter who spoke Chinese at breakfast, which was very convenient. But it was obvious that this person was exhausted, and she was the one who spoke Chinese at the reception. Also, you need to climb stairs or walk up a steep slope to get to the hotel. I really felt tired, and the cost performance was not high.
