Stayed here for 2 nights. On a main bus route, so there one every few minutes. Or if you don't mind walking, it's about 30-45 minute walk into the centre. You'll go past shops, restaurants and pubs. On the walk into the centre. The Guest House was nice a quiet, the room was very big, with a lovely four poster bed. A great shower/en-suit. Definitely stay again. Thanks

Delightful guest house in a great location
Loved staying at this great guest house. Very convenient for Edinburgh city centre as bus stop for the city centre is right outside the door. Craig is a great host with lots of helpful information. Would definitely stay here again.

L’alloggio è molto bello, pulito e accogliente. Anche se non è vicino al centro e ben collegato con un sacco di bus, ad ogni minuto. Siamo state sotto Natale, l’alloggio era tutto addobbato, bellissimo! La camera è silenziosa. Ha tutto il necessario che serve per un breve periodo di vacanza.

On arrival Craig met us at the door, he was very inviting, professional and knowledgeable! He made us feel very welcome and gave us all the information we needed about the rooms and the city! As for the house.... it was absolutely stunning! Renovated to a high standard and was very cosy! The rooms were immaculate and very cosy! I would highly recommend staying here! Our first time in Edinburgh and we will definitely be back to stop at number 18 again thanks Craig!

Perfect stay in Edinburgh
A great stay in a beautiful Guest House, which is spotlessly clean and decorated to a very high standard. The host was amazing and his knowledge on local places to eat and whisky is superb. The breakfast was lovely and there was loads of choice. Would definitely stay again.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit sehr guter Busanbindung. Man ist schnell im Zentrum von Edinburgh. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Es gibt Kaffee, Tee und andere leckere Dinge. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Bei einem weiteren Besuch würden wir wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.
