We went to an oilers game and decided to stay close at the Marriott in ice district.   Everything went well.

I went to the store to upgrade the Vice Presidential Suite. The size is not small, and there is only one bathroom, which is not reasonable. The food in the executive lounge is small and monotonous.

Edmonton is a very good hotel. It is what a normal hotel should be. The price/performance ratio is not very high. The location is not bad~ the service is average~

Well, the valet & front desk staff were cordial, the room was quite small with a weird sliding window between the sink & the bed, the special big ice they encourage you to order doesn't fit in any of the glasses provided in the room...the room service was hit & miss...the workout area was absolutely AMAZING though...world class... The lobby bar is quite crafty/cold in winter...almost everyone had their coats on...the bartender was excellent! All in all not good value for your dollar...
