Personally, I think the room is very nice. It's very close to the station, about 300 meters walk. Breakfast needs to be paid separately. There are not many varieties but it's OK. The service staff can make steamed or fried eggs and fried bacon.
The Wi-Fi password is Rubus_2015! The network connection is also available.

The location was central to my stay. For those travelling via train the station is not very far. Also close to many stores and restaurants. If travelling via car then the main highway is also close, but not so close that you hear the noise. Hotel is very clean and modern with a cafe adjacent to it.

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Rubus for 5 days. Everything was to our satisfaction, except that the faucet on the sink was very hard to work, which I complained about at reception.
