Es war wirklich super, Frühstück top, Unterkunft top, Service top. Ich war mit meiner Freundin da und wir waren beide echt zufrieden. Das einzige was wir nicht ganz verstanden haben, ist das wir mit unserer Karte nicht in die Sauna kamen.

Super fijn hotel, fijne locatie erg dicht bij strand en sfeervol centrum. Schone kamers, goed uitgebreid ontbijt ( kindvriendelijk) het enige minpuntje geen airco dus warm op de kamer. Met balkondeur open was het goed te doen.

Familienfreundlichkeit - hier wird gezeigt wie es geht! Vom Spieleparadies, über Bowlingbahn und Schwimmbad bis hin zu Brettspielen in der Brasserie und einer lustigen Fotowand blieb kein Wunsch bei unseren Kindern offen. Die Verbindungstür zwischen unseren Zimmern und die Nähe zum Strand sind für Familen hervorragend geeignet. Das Frühstück sah etwas nach Massenabfertigung aus, war aber trotzdem zufriedenstellend.

We hadden een ruime kamer, het ontbijt was goed en de faciliteiten van het hotel top. Vooral de sauna was heerlijk rustig en goed verzorgd. Het hotel was netjes en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Alkmaar is vlakbij en een mooie stad om te winkelen.

Luxe mindervalide kamer geboekt. Supermooie en vooral gezellige kamer. Aan alles is gedacht, groot compliment voor Hotel Zuiderduin. Elektrisch verstelbaar bed, ( helaas voor mij iets te zacht matras ),dubbele douches waarvan een aangepast. Veel ruimte, groot balkon. Alleen de liften zijn erg klein en benauwd hierin ontbreekt ook een spiegel zodat je niets kunt zien als je achteruit die lift uit moet rijden. Verder fantastisch hotel met veel voorzieningen, goed ontbijt en diner. Vriendelijk personeel. Ligging midden in dorpskern in 5 minuten bij winkels, restaurants en strandopgang. Alles is rolstoeltoegangkelijk. Fijne relaxte vakantie gehad.

Al jaren keek ik met een schuin oog naar Hotel Zuiderduin. Leek mee een fantastische plek om te overnachten. Dat viel tegen. Allereerst de prijs € 185 per nacht voor een kamer die eenvoudig is, waar je een haar op je bed vindt en die overall niet goede staat is. Dat vind ik wel prijzig. Door de tussendeur hoor je soms letterlijk wat de buren zeggen. Voor die prijs en het feit dat het een viersterrenhotel is, mag je een betere en stillere kamer verwachten. Ons was toegezegd dat er bij het ontbijt vegan producten zouden zijn. In de praktijk bleek dat alleen een pistoletje, komkommer, tomaat en wat waterige meloensalade te zijn. Dat was heel teleurstellend. Positief was dat de mensen bij de receptie vriendelijk zijn, een fout van ons goed verhielpen en dat onze klacht serieus is genomen. Wij zijn redelijk gecompenseerd en daarom 3 in plaats van 2 sterren.
