Very clean hotel, very well located in the area and reasonable price. Breakfast could be improved despite the wide choice. Unheated swimming pool so cold but clean,

The hotel is situated on a quiet street and not far from the restaurants and bars. Our room was very clean and they cleaned it every day so we can't complain about that. But the walls are very thin and you can hear the person next door calling on the phone and in 1 am we have been waking up from all the noise around our room. There is no fridge(you have to pay 6 euro a day if you want one), no wifi(you have to pay for it as well), the A/C is not very powerful.... The food..... we have stayed for 5 days and the breakfast was same every day.... Dinners was a bit better but not a big choice and you have to pay if you would like for a drink ..
So I can give the hotel 6 of 10

The breakfast and dinner services are great value for money.
The same for the overall in the hotel
However it is not a top hotel
In addition we were put in another hotel because of overbooking so quite disappointed for that

The morning breakfast is varied.
Ipanema Beach Hotel and Ipanema Park Hotel use the same restaurant.
I made a reservation at the Ipanema Beach Hotel, but they told me to go to Ipanema Park. However, there is only one check-in staff member, and check-in begins promptly at 2 o'clock. It took an hour and 20 minutes to check in.
The hotel swimming pool is nice.
I was embarrassed because the rooms were not soundproofed and the guests came as a group and it was really noisy.
