Seramar Hotel Luna Park Adults Only Reviews

Didn’t go for the food package so would have been nice to have some sort of tea and coffee making facilities and possibly a small fridge already in the room. I did notice a poster at reception for a fridge with €40. Not sure if this is a deposit or a charge. Location is good with access to both EMT and TIB busses, EMT is cash only and TIB allows you to tap on and off with a regular bank card. Prepare for your bathroom to become a slippy wet room, as the cleaners never replace wet towels or floor mats. The shower quickly overflows. Also to fit on the toilet the right way you’d have to be 4”2 so you have to sit on it sideways as the wall is right in front of it.

Everything was great rooms are always clean and tidy. The only problem we had in the shower that we couldn’t able to use the shampoo because the machine or the tool whatever they call it it wasn’t working properly and we had to wash ourselves with hand wash liquid . But on another day we went to shopping and we bought the cheapest hair and body shampoo and we use that it was simple solution for us. 

The hotel is based in a poorly area called El Arenal. Out there are plenty of Cheap shops, old buildings and dirty streets. The hotel was packed with older people. The breakfast was just okay, if you don’t have high expectations. The room was small but clean. Its doors was damaged and it looked like I had entered the prison. Depressing. Never back there.

Everything is fantastic

Very nice, clean hotel with a swimming pool and restaurant. Daily cleaning in the rooms. Very good wifi coverage. There are elevators to the rooms. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in the area. There is a bus stop next to it with a direct connection to the airport.

The hotel is very big, and our room is in the opposite building. The sound insulation is very poor, which seriously affects sleep. But the price is relatively affordable. It is very close to the bus station and has convenient transportation.

Simply put, a disaster. The hotel is not clean, the food is always the same. Staff in the restaurant are very nice but reception was unfriendly. Not recommended.

The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is rich in variety. The hotel is three stars but overall it is good! There is no parking lot. The front desk drew a parking area for you to find yourself, which is not far. I was woken up by the neighbors at 2 and 4 in the morning. The staff also actively coordinated, but it was useless. I didn't sleep all night.

The breakfast is very rich and the fruits are fresh. The room is clean and hygienic. 🩷

Adults only hotel with a pool! It takes about an hour to get to downtown Palma, but the bus stop is close. There are many supermarkets nearby and a beach, so I went swimming. The downside is that it is a bit uphill, so it is difficult to drag a suitcase... ? The room was clean overall, but there were marks on the pillow and no amenities were provided except towels (no kettle or refrigerator). Still, I had a good rest!! Please note that if you get a pool view room, people may be a bit noisy in the morning.

The hotel for short trip is very cheap and offers a great location

It's located close to the airport and there are buses to get to the tourist spots easily. The facilities were good and clean. However, the WiFi was slow and sometimes didn't work.

Friendly staff and the food was good 👍 It's still loud.
