A very poor motel, not really a hotel at all. The room smelled bad, there were bed bugs, and the refrigerator was missing parts. The neighbor in the next room is a tattooed old lady who goes out without leashing her dog... Everything is a very bad and bad experience. Families with children are absolutely devastated. I discovered a problem as soon as I checked in. I immediately contacted Ctrip to cancel the stay, explaining that the hotel environment did not match the pictures and description. But the answer given was that there was no problem with the hotel. After repeated negotiations, the result was that the fee on the day of check-in would not be refunded, but the fees for the following days would be refunded.
