Excellent service and location
The heating in the room is very dangerous because it has metal bars and they get very hot and if you don't realize it you can get burned.
At breakfast time it is a buffet but I always found
flies on the bread and people with cough and flu coughed on the food
Suggestion: Food should be covered with transparent lids to make it more hygienic.
I make my observations as constructive criticism and to improve the hotel service.

el hotel esta un poco viejo o tal vez esa zona nos toco otra cosa es que los check in son a las 10 cuando en la app comentan que a las 12.
la regadera de mi cuarto se descompuso desde el primer dia q llegue simplemente se cayo y avise nunca la arreglaron. el papel de baño parecia q estaba contado por qno dejaban tuvimos q comprar. el desayuno es bueno cumplidor. las camas pfff dormir ahi y en el piso hubiera sido lo mismo practicamente. personal muy amable. vi que tenian una zona mas reciente posiblemente en esa parte no estaba tan mal como aca. cerca de todo de av principal muy seguro sin problemas

Próximo da Avenida del Libertador, a principal via da cidade, sua localização é excelente, a curta caminhada dos principais restaurantes, agências de turismo e mercados. O quarto é confortável com uma cama ampla e banheiro aquecido. O café da manhã é simples porém saboroso, com
frutas, pães, ovos e sucos. Dependendo da temperatura externa, a calefação do quarto não nos pareceu suficiente, embora as cobertas disponibilizadas aqueçam bem as noites frias.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer guten Lage.
Das Zimmer ist rechz klein. Im Bad und unter der Heizung war Schimmel. Im Bett waren zudem viele Haare unter der alten Wolldecke.
Das Frühstück war gut.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
