Fui en los primeros días de marzo con mi señora. Cuando nos dan la habitación en la planta baja, lo primero que vemos camas separadas, no nos hicimos problema porque íbamos a estar en el hotel más para descansar. Televisor de TRC de 14". La ventana no cerraba bien, nos quejamos en la recepción, pero no se hizo nada. Cuando nos estábamos por ir a cenar empezamos a escuchar agua en el baño, resulta que en el baño de arriba se estaban bañando y caía agua del techo. Nos quejamos y nos cambiaron de habitación. Nos mandaron al segundo piso la habitación no tenía televisor, la ventana no cerraba bien y estaba sucia, el baño sucio, se notaba que no la limpiaban hace rato. La verdad que cada vez que nos quejamos la persona a cargo se hacia como que todo lo que sucedía era muy raro que pasara. Al "hotel" (porque en realidad es una hostería y estoy siendo generoso) le falta mucho mantenimiento. No lo recomiendo, es horrible.

Fui junto a mi señora y mi hijo a este hotel por dos días, la ubicación es excelente, ya que se ubica sobre la avenida principal de El Calafate, dentro de las comodidades de la habitación, tiene una escalera que comunica con la habitación donde están las camas, un placard, En cuanto a la planta baja, tiene una mini cocina con 2 hornallas, vajillas, cubiertos, , TV x cable, heladera con congelador,buena WiFi, mesa con 4 sillas En cuanto al desayuno es el punto débil, poca oferta de panadería, poca fruta, y lácteos A mi señora por ser celíaca le dieron galletitas duras recién descongeladas, A pesar de eso, lo recomiendo para tener en cuenta al visitar esta ciudad

Mi opinion tiene que ver con que no pude disfrutar de las noches del 6 y 7 de agosto porque cancelaron todos los vuelos desde Usuhaia. Me rehubicaron para el vuelo del dia 8 sin podibilidad de adelanto por lo que perdi todas las excursiones contratadas, las cuales me devuelven el dinero mientras que el hotel se niega a hacerlo. Reclamacion puesta y por si te pasa ya sabes lo que esperar de este hotel.

Apart Hotel Libertador undeniably has the best location in El Calafate. Situated along Av. del Libertador, shops, tour companies, restaurants, cafes and currency exchange are literally just right outside the hotel entrance. I got a 2-level apartment type room even if I traveled solo, so it meant a lot of space for my luggage, which I appreciate. The kitchen area is equipped with mini ref and electric kettle. Plates, utensils and dish washing soap are also provided. Wi-fi worked well inside the room. The sleeping area is on the 2nd floor. The beds and the pillows are not so comfortable but I still managed to get a good sleep after full days of glacier tours. The shower water heating works intermittently. The breakast variety is good and sufficient. The hotel offers tours and they also have lunch boxes at minimal cost for early morning tours. The staff are all very helpful specially Agustin and Pablo at the Reception. Thank you for all the tour and food suggestions and for the excellent customer service! I will stay at Apart Hotel Libertador again if I come back to El Calafate. The location is just unbeatable. It makes a good base for touring that beautiful part of Patagonia!

La habitación muy pequeña con un televisor de la década del 70 donde no se puede ver ningún canal por falta de pago del servicio de cable (cartel de la empresa que aparece en la pantalla). Bañarse... complicado: agua caliente con chorros intempestivos de agua fría. Evitan dejar jabón, shampoo y hay que pedir. Desayuno sin estridencias y un gran problema son los ruidos de los boliches o las aves que gustan dar serenatas en la madrugada. Lo mejor...los colchones y la ubicación. Recomendable sólo para dormir y cambiarse para salir.

la ubicacion es lo mejor del hotel! todo el resto es nornal/bueno acorde a lo que se paga. Dado que las excursiones son caras, este hotel es ideal para dormir , desayuar y salir a andar! Recomendable 100%

Very good attention, excellent cleaning, full and varied breakfast !!!! It has a central and strategic location that allows you to access excursions, restaurants and other places on foot. Next door is a very complete maxikiosk. I recommend it!!!
