Please don't trust this hotel. They have zero empathy for your circumstances and offer no hospitality when issues arise. We traveled all the way from the United States to Chile (Puerto Natales), only to have our bus and all flights canceled due to a severe snowstorm. Despite informing them well in advance and explaining our situation, they callously refused to refund our money. Our experience with this hotel was utterly dismal because of their complete lack of humanity and understanding, especially for a business supposedly in the hospitality industry. We strongly advise against staying here, as their actions reveal their prioritization of profit over their customers' well-being in the face of misery. Avoid this heartless establishment at all costs. Spanish: Por favor, no confíen en este hotel. Viajamos desde los Estados Unidos hasta Chile (Puerto Natales), solo para encontrarnos con que nuestro autobús y todos los vuelos fueron cancelados debido a una severa tormenta de nieve. A pesar de haberles informado con suficiente antelación y de explicar nuestra situación, rechazaron de manera desalmada devolvernos nuestro dinero. Nuestra experiencia con este hotel fue totalmente desastrosa debido a su falta absoluta de humanidad y comprensión, especialmente para un negocio que supuestamente está en la industria de la hospitalidad. Recomendamos enfáticamente no hospedarse aquí, ya que sus acciones revelan una clara priorización del lucro sobre el bienestar de sus clientes en momentos de adversidad. Eviten este establecimiento desalmado a toda costa.

I believe you'll find many options of good view hotel in this small little town. We picked the hotel based on our due diligence while browsing, and we're quite happy. Room was nice, view was great, a nice little indoor swimming pool, reception staff were friendly, not so much for restaurant service though - limited options on menu, and so-so waitress service. AND, if you are one that used to have a good massage, my suggestion is not to have one in this hotel :)
