Perfect for what I needed: private parking, good a/c, towels, bed and it had a safe in the room. Olga at the front desk was very professional and accommodating. I spent one night because I needed a place to sleep and shower for a couple of hours.

The Front desk staff is super friendly and helpful with any of your concerns. Breakfast is simple but nutritious and tasty. Highly recommended for its price value in Punta Cana. Only 5 mins walk to beach and many restaurants in the hood. Please say hi to Olga and buy her a nice patisserie from cafe de Paris. Robert in Montreal

The staff is so friendly and helpful. It was a quiet street in a very local side of the city and very close to the beach. Some small supermarkets in the area or same street, an excursion agency in the same street on the way to the beach, many restaurants in the area. Perfect for people that want to enjoy holidays on their own way without "all inclusive" option.

You can ignore some of the older reviews. No insect life that I could find, not even mosquitoes (and they usually find me)! Some of the management and staff spoke English and all were helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a musical theme, and the roof terrace gave a good opportunity to meet other guests. Breakfast was substantial and lasted me most of the day. The fact that this hotel is a few blocks away from the beach means there is none of the noise associated with places closer to it (as I was to find later when staying at another independent hotel).
