Nice receptioniste speaking English and service friendly. The breakfast from 7 or a littlebit earlier is very good. Names of cheese with amount of salt would be nice because we are not used to so much salt in cheese. 15min to airport by taxi paying TL400.

I expected a little more from this hotel property, since it was the highest rated property in Elazig. However, the hotel smelled stale and like cigarette smoke although the hotel seemed very clean. I was disappointed with the hotel breakfast as the choices were very few, and there was no person on duty to serve customers. However, I understand this may not be the busy season as there were not many customers there.Tthe staff were very nice and appeared to be trying their best.

Great hotel, manager and staff. Highly recommend, very good location, nice breakfast with a wonderful view of Elazığ. Better than the international chains by far. I understand it is a preferred hotel for many tour operators in Turkey and Europe.

The hotel was perfect, the service, the food and the concept were all great. The city view adds a different atmosphere to the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, I had an experience that I will not regret. I would also like to thank the very friendly and smiling staff.
