Warm welcome from the hosts. Excellent large clean room on the front but quiet and no traffic noise. Great modern bathroom. Good parking. Easy walking distance into town. Great breakfast. Easy excellent hosting. Wonderful base for touring Moray or in way through.

A quite exceptional property. Breakfast was nutritious, especially the porridge (always a good test of the standard of cuisine).Bedroom was pleasantly warm and the double bed comfortable. All in all, a credit to Elgin.

Lovely b&b. Great staff. No problem accommodating our vegan needs for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely two night stay at the pines. We appreciated the warm welcome & shown our room. It’s was lovely and well equipped. Also liked the option to order our breakfasts for each morning. Avoided waste.
We were in room 3. Comfy king size bed with a Coffee machine & biscuits which were replenished each day.
Breakfast were made to order, hot & delicious.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the pines. Highly recommend it & hope to stay there again when we visit our friends in the area.

Wat een mooie B&B, de entree doet denken aan een filmlocatie groots met trappen naar boven. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en je word warm onthaalt. De kamers zijn groot en dan 's ochtends het ontbijt is uitgebreid en het ontbreekt aan niets. Op loopafstand is de stad waar genoeg plekken zijn om wat te eten. Reserveren is wel een must.
