We previously stayed at another hotel of this chain and expected welcome drinks upon arrival, but they were not offered. They put you in the wrong family room: please note that on the website there is a description and pictures of one type of family room - for 4 people, with a double bed and two separate beds, but they put you in room 403 - supposedly also a family room, but for 3 people, with double bed and single bed. So the first night was terrible, but the hotel provided a cot the next day and things got better. What also spoiled the impression was that we later saw how, upon arrival for another family, the same manager poured welcome drinks. And he provided them with a room in another building, an order of magnitude better than ours - keep in mind that rooms 500, 600, 700, 800 are in new modern buildings, the rest of the rooms are in old buildings.
The impression was slightly brightened up by a small compensation from the hotel - all inclusive for 1 day and meals at the hotel. The food was amazing, thanks to the chef.

He pasado una semana en este hotel y ha sido una experiencia muy buena. Lo mejor ha sido el staff que ha sido en todo momento super amable y atento. Me he pasado horas en la piscina. Y el hotel, está pegado a la playa. Las opciones en el desayuno y la cena buffet son muy variadas y completas. La única mejora que recomiendo es que pongas más tumbonas y sombrillas. En algunos momentos era difícil encontrar un sitio cerca de la piscina a la sombra. Ah... y además, bajaría el precio del ping pong y del mini-golf para que la gente pueda disfrutar más de las opciones de entretenimiento !

A great hotel, with an excellent location, at a similar distance from Neos Marmaras and Nikita, separated from the hustle and bustle, surrounded by greenery and true nature, with a magnificent view worth a million dollars. The rooms are comfortable and extremely clean, the food is plentiful, of great choice and of perfect taste. All the staff are extremely friendly and efficient, from the gardener to the hotel manager, who we think is present 24 hours a day because he always finds a solution for everything. All accompanying furniture (beach towels, deckchairs by the pool...) is of course available and at your service Big kudos to everyone, and we'll be back again, for sure.

Acrotel Elea beach hotel was nothing short of perfect. Ideal location with beautiful Elea beach a 5min walk. The room was great and very clean. Hotel staff is absolutely amazing. Greeting us with smiles everyday, helpful and accommodating. They speak multiple languages and are fluent in English. The entire staff was amazing but special thanks to Alvin, Nikolai, Katerina and so many others that made us feel at home. Thank you Acrotel hotel staff for a wonderful, unforgettable vacation. Elea beach was the perfect choice.

The common areas looks good: the pool and the pool bar, lobby, restaurant terrace and the spaces between the buildings; they are clean and well maintained. The rooms: bed was comfortable, the cleaning personnel did a great job. The breakfast was ok. The negative aspects: First af all is the bathroom which is awful! Old tiles, old everything in that bathroom, a very bad smell, a mould smell. It is just disgusting! - max 2 stars for that bathroom. The second negative is the thin walls, you can hear everything from the neighbours. The balcony has no privacy from the neighbours; maybe, at least, some plants to the sides?! The sea view is not so much as the big trees in front are blocking the view. Location is about 15 min to Nikiti and Neos Marmaras.

Das Personal im Restaurant, Poolbar und Empfang ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch ein Lob für die Reinigungskräfte: Das Zimmer täglich super gereinigt und im Bad mit sauberen Handtüchern. die zwei Events mit Piano songs und Greec night waren sehr amüsant, nur der Latinabend war nicht so interessant, vielleicht könnte man ein Discoabend veranstalten.

L’hôtel était bien pour les vacances type piscine / plage. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de monde. La chambre a une belle vue mais la douche n’est pas ok, de l’eau gicle partout à cause du rideau, pas d’insonorisation, odeur léger d’égout, les draps ne sont pas changés durant les 6 nuits ou nous sommes restés, les serviettes cependant sont changés. La nourriture reste correct mais est pareil tous les jours et quand même très salé. Le personnel est agréable et gentil. Le market le plus proche est à 30min à pied & rien à visiter aux alentours. PLUS de l’emplacement de l’hôtel : Vue du sunset.
