One of the best views of ella are from the balcony of 8 rooms in this resort. Big rooms, big balconies and bathrooms. Staying here involves climbing steep stairs as it is located on a hill with a rivulets passing by next to it. Breakfasts are good. Does not have a full fledged restaurant.

The view was the only good thing about this place. Wife was unreliable, aircon didn’t work, bathrooms had a bad smell and there was lots of noise from the other rooms and the tv didn’t work, so would recommend you stay somewhere else.

We stayed here on our tour around Sri Lanka. This hotel has the most amazing views. Can’t fault the service and friendliness of the staff. Lovely room , clean and spacious. Large en-suite, lovely touches including toiletries gift wrapped. Wound highly recommend and we would stay here again.

A very good resort. Climbed 60 steps to get to the room. View from room was breathtaking. Facing little Sripada, Ella Rock & Ella Gap. Breakfast was super tasty Srilankan food, friendly staff, good service. Rooms very clean, fully equipped

Room is directly facing to Ella Gap and wonderful view from balcony. clean linen and large bathroom. very good breakfast. friendly and helpful staff. not far from city 15mnts walk and 5mnts by tuk tuk.

We are very happy to have chosen this hotel. We stayed in an apartment on the top floor and it felt like we were the only guests most of the time. The staff were very attentive, asking about our plans and making sure our meals were ready in the requested time. They also seem to enjoy chatting with guests while eating, which is very interesting. The room was spacious and clean with a great view and nice balcony, we felt it was a great place with a lot of potential. We'd suggest a little more attention to detail (lots of light bulbs didn't work which made the big room look dark, maybe some decorations on the walls...). But overall, we highly recommend it.

Lovely views from the balconies and good sized rooms (space for an extra bed and baby cot), breakfast was ok and staff were friendly but we weren’t always sure they actually understood us. Value for money was ok. However there are a few things that need improving - overall cleanliness, room and towels felt grubby. Had dirty feet from walking around the room and lots of ants. Bathroom could do with an update/maintenance. Very noisy from neighbors room - could hear music at night and smell when they were smoking. Wifi was totally unreliable, often not working for half a day or more.

Amazing view to wake up to in the morning. Wake up early around 5:30am to see the purple hue of the sky. The hotel is very reasonably priced and is about 5mins outside of Ella via car. It’s very easy to get a tuk-tuk late at night from Ella to the hotel. As the hotel is surrounded by deep vegetation a lot of flies can fly in through doors left open. However the beds are covered with mosquito nets.

Nice hotel very close to the center. We stayed here for 2 nights, the staff is very friendly and takes care of everything you need. The center can be reached by tuk-tuk in 1-2 minutes. The view from the very comfortable balcony is simply fantastic!
