1.進了房間就看見床頭有一個大蟲子，爬到牆上我我用紙巾按住扔馬桶了
2. 訂單上14點之前退房，
打掃衞生阿姨11點催一次，
12點又催一次，還説是前台讓打掃
3.前台説這個房間已經訂出去了，這啥服務態度，我14點前退房呢，直接趕我走
非常差的住宿體驗，沒退房你為啥要把房掛出去
服務太差勁了，非常差勁
周邊環境倒是挺安靜
