Super séjour à l'hôtel Picamaia entre amis. Nous avions une chambre non rénovée, certes vieillotte, mais très propre avec une bonne literie et un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le personnel est très gentil, la restauration en 1/2 pension très bien et le bar très sympa. Parfait pour un séjour de ski car idéalement situé pour le départ au pied des pistes. Pour les non skieurs nécessité d'être motorisé. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Habitués des stations de ski,notre bande de 10 amis ont passé une semaine à l hôtel en 1/2 pension.un séjour excellent: hôtel au pied des pistes, qualité du service avec une équipe jeune, toujours souriante, dévouée, une propreté sans faille, et des chambres très correctes avec tout le confort.petit dejeuner et repas du soir tres bons.une vue exceptionnelle sur les pistes et un rapport qualité prix imbattable ..je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs..

El Hotel tiene unas pocas habitaciones reformadas no tuvimos la suerte de que nos tocase una de ellas. Las habitaciones están viejas lo que sin estar lo dan aspecto de sucias. Las ventanas no cierran la cisterna tuvieron que venir a arreglarla todos los días. El baño es de Cuéntame ,enchufes sin funciona… las zonas comunes también y la cena y el desayuno solo interesa si van incluidas en el precio porque son caras y muy flojitas… bien situado si vas a esquiar y lejos de paz de la casa para dar un paseo, hay que coger el coche…

I would strongly advise against staying at Picmaia Hotel, despite its relatively low price. The experience was nothing short of disappointing. First, the food was terrible. We had several meals at the hotel and they were consistently bland and unappetizing. It felt like an afterthought, with little to no effort put into taste or variety. Another issue was the cost of the transfer to the city. It was exorbitantly priced, and we found ourselves spending far more than expected just to get to and from the hotel, which was inconvenient and frustrating. Good luck finding a taxi to get home after 10 pm under atleast 45 Euro Additionally, the hotel staff left our room door wide open after cleaning, which was not only unprofessional but also concerning. It felt like they had no regard for our privacy or security, and it left us feeling uneasy for the rest of our stay. In conclusion, while the hotel might seem like a budget-friendly option, the poor food, overpriced services, and lack of attention to security make it a place I would not recommend to anyone. There are much better alternatives out there.

Sencillo y justito
El estado de las habitaciones era algo malo, paredes rotas, enchufes salidos…la limpieza era justita. Los precios del bar eran exagerados y el desayuno normal. El servicio eran resinas agradables aunque algunos estaban algo perdidos porque muchos eran nuevos. Es un hotel de paso para dormir pocas noches.

Had a great time
First of all, the view is unbeatable. At first, we were worried because of the thought we were booking a ski hotel in summer. But of course, the pyrenees are also beautiful in summer.
The staff (especially the receptionist with the ponytail) was very polite.
We had the rooms on the left side of the hotel that were older, but no need to worry, because the rooms are very clean! The rooms are getting cleaned everyday with great care.

Don’t book this hotel unless you are driving
The hotel is 5km up the mountain from Pas de La Casa. There are no taxis in Pas de La Casa. The hotel has no car service. We arrived by bus around 7pm and had to pay someone from a different hotel to get us up to the hotel. The concierge at Pic Maia was worse than useless — even suggesting we walked with all our luggage ( up a steep, dark, mountain road with no path). He was equally bad when we departed (we couldn’t get him to order a cab for Andorra la Vella - had to go on the internet and do it ourselves). Even if you drive there is no way to get to the town for a night out (unless you walk or fancy a bit of drink driving). Bar is OK but the restaurant is basic. It is ski ski out but the slope is a red run so beware if you are a learner.
