Très bon séjour
Très bon accueil. Nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre récemment rénovée et avec vue sur la montagne. Très bon dîner et petit déjeuner. Personnel très sympathique.

Cuidado!! no te dan la habitacion que reservas.
Reserve con 2 meses de antelacion una habitacion con bañera de hidromasaje y nos dieron una con ducha porque las de hidromasaje estaban ocupadas ya. Me parece una estafa pagar 502€ por 2 noches y que no me den la habitacion por la que he pagado. Nada es lo que parece aqui. Tampoco me han devuelto mi dinero por lo que jamas recomendaria este alojamiento. Para terminar el mal servicio del hotel, el agua salia fria/caliente intermitente continuamente por lo que era un infierno ducharse, desde la habitacion se escucha absolutamente todo del bar/restaurante del hotel asi que olvidate de dormir hasta las 3:00am.

Sencillo y justito
El estado de las habitaciones era algo malo, paredes rotas, enchufes salidos…la limpieza era justita. Los precios del bar eran exagerados y el desayuno normal. El servicio eran resinas agradables aunque algunos estaban algo perdidos porque muchos eran nuevos. Es un hotel de paso para dormir pocas noches.

Vale la pena, calidad relación precio muy bueno, la pista de ski está cruzando la calle y ahí puedes comprar el pase y rentar los skis. Nos gusto mucho. Aunque la habitación muy austera

Excellent séjour, personnel très agréable !
Hôtel fort agréable, très bien situé en haut d'un col, ce qui permet l'accès skis aux pieds : il suffit de traverser la route pour rejoindre un passage menant aux pistes. En contrepartie, il faut prendre la voiture pour pouvoir bénéficier des restaurants du Pas de la Casa, mais le buffet servi dans l'hôtel est plus que correct :-)!
Le personnel est extrêmement agréable et serviable ; on peut également louer les skis dans l'hôtel (service jusqu'à 11h du matin). Seul petit bémol, certaines des chambres doubles n'ont que 2 petites fenêtres donnant sur un tas de neige, donc claustrophobes s'abstenir ;-)! Mais pour un 2*, à ces prix-là, il n'y a rien à dire.
