"This is not a luxury hotel.....you are not paying for a luxury hotel! you are paying for a typical ski hotel. The rooms are super clean the food is very school dinners (but hearty and tasty this is not a complaint) yes it smelt a bit foisty as you came into reception but this in no way impacted our experience. The staff were all friendly and the location was good the free bus to take you to the Funicamp stops a little way up or down the street for the money we paid I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again."

"I don't have good memories of our romantic getaway. Very poorly soundproofed hotel when we came to relax without children and discomfort due to the very high temperature of the room, unable to lower the temperature. The hotel spa was nice but extremely disappointed by the massage. We reported everything to reception but no worries. We will not return to this hotel too bad because we love Andorra and its magnificent hotels"

"We stayed at the Coray for 4 nights over New Years and had a lovely time. The hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The size of our room was good and the bed was comfy. Yes, the bathroom is dated but who spends their time in there?! The shower was hot so perfectly happy with that. The food was tasty too. In my opinion a lovely 3 star hotel and a perfect base for a skiing holiday in Encamp"

"We stayed here two nights and did a walk from Pas del la casa back to the hotel. The hotel was excellent, the rooms are really comfortable and cosy. The staff are brilliant and the food was really good as well. We used the spa which was lovely to relax in after a long walk. This was our favourite hotel in Andorra and we really enjoyed staying here."

"An incredible place to disconnect! This hotel, completely renovated by its new owners, is a gem in the mountains. Its rustic style blends perfectly with the surroundings, and everything is spotless. The rooms are cozy, the views of Lake Engolasters are spectacular, and its proximity to the lake makes it even more special. Furthermore, the staff is lovely and always attentive, and the food is superb: delicious dishes that enhance the experience. A place to return to without hesitation! 100% RECOMMENDED"

"What's good about this hotel? 1. It's cheap (in all sense of the word) 2. WHEN IT WORKS the showers are great with nice soft water What's bad? 1. It's 5km away from anything. If you stay here you will either need a car or be t the mercy of the bus service that runs 4 times a day at very inconcenient times. The last bus from the town leave at 19.30 so forget seeing any nightlife. Taxi's are few and far in between. 2. The rooms are dirty. There were lots of hairs in my bathroom floor. There was a nasty stain in the wall - could have been blood or something sililarly nasty. 3. Smells of sewerage. Came and went - not nice. 4. Heated to ther point of being stifling. It was so hot we couldn't sleep without the windown open. 5. There was a hair on the sausage that is served at breakfast. 6. The hot water failed one morning, meaning we couldn't have a hot shower. 7. Staff are generally unhelpful. Didn't seem to care. Butr I guess if you work somewhere that terrible you must become immune to the endless complains. 8. Hallway lighting: Didn't always work. Made the place seem really edgy. 9. Dangerous. There were brooms and otehr cleaning equipment stored on the fire exit. 10. Parking: There are 2 petrol stations right outside the hotel and limited parking. Your car can't block the petrol stations. 11. Smokey: All the public creas seemed to be constantly full of cigarette smoke. 12. Thye bar prices are very high and remember you are pretty much stranded here."
