"It is great place, surroynded by the woods and mountains very close to a lake and 5 km far from Andorra la Vella by car. Rooms are comfortables. Owners are very kind. Breakfast are not the best I have ever tasted, to say someting negative."

"This is not a luxury hotel.....you are not paying for a luxury hotel! you are paying for a typical ski hotel. The rooms are super clean the food is very school dinners (but hearty and tasty this is not a complaint) yes it smelt a bit foisty as you came into reception but this in no way impacted our experience. The staff were all friendly and the location was good the free bus to take you to the Funicamp stops a little way up or down the street for the money we paid I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again."

"I don't have good memories of our romantic getaway. Very poorly soundproofed hotel when we came to relax without children and discomfort due to the very high temperature of the room, unable to lower the temperature. The hotel spa was nice but extremely disappointed by the massage. We reported everything to reception but no worries. We will not return to this hotel too bad because we love Andorra and its magnificent hotels"

"3* hotel, very comfortable mattresses, good cleaning and very complete De and Ce. Good communication with the funicam and funibus, which stops very close. The girl in the dining room was very friendly and helpful, home-cooked food. Luis was also very friendly, always willing to answer our questions."

"We stayed at the Coray for 4 nights over New Years and had a lovely time. The hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The size of our room was good and the bed was comfy. Yes, the bathroom is dated but who spends their time in there?! The shower was hot so perfectly happy with that. The food was tasty too. In my opinion a lovely 3 star hotel and a perfect base for a skiing holiday in Encamp"

"We booked today to have lunch on the 29th of December 2024. All accepted and fine but 12 hours later I receive a call from the owner telling us that the booking was cancelled and that they accepted the booking by mistake. They were keen to let us know and give us time to find another place …..so thank you so much for your excellent service in a five star hotel where you accept a booking and then you cancel it, but you are too kind to let us know that we have still time to find another place. Pathetic"
