The service was excellent, I spoke to a man named Anthony in english, he was very helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Worth the price and the location is very convenient, we got off tired from the train station and the hotel was right next to it. The breakfast was very nice and they had a nice selection.

We have stayed a second round at the hotel because the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Joyce who had help us to retrieve our stored luggage after our first visit. She was helpful and has good memories to be able to recognise us and allocated the same room we stayed before👍. Ms 向小燕 has been very helpful and was able to enlighten us with useful information on places of interest and issues on transportation.

I went to Enshi to travel and booked this hotel on Trip.com. I saw that the appearance of the hotel and the lobby were not good, but the front desk staff was very enthusiastic when I checked in, smiling service throughout the whole process, and very careful when telling the precautions. What I didn't expect was that after entering the room, the room was very clean and the overall look was very comfortable... The mattress was also very comfortable to sleep. The whole house was intelligent with voice, and there was no manual control at all. It was especially suitable for people like me who didn't like to move hahahaha. The boss is attentive, the hotel is very good, next time you come to Enshi, you will stay here!
