I asked, if it's possible, that we leaving at 12. They said, it's OK. 11.55am the phone rings and what can I say... . But the rule it, that I've to leave at 12! Very bad!
It's the five'th time I'm at that hotel Today a smaller room isn't possible. If I get that room first, I never come back!!! Very bad!!!
I've to call every time the reception, because the doorlocker doesn't work!

I have stayed at Admas Grand Hotel now several times. It is really clean, quiet, friendly staff, nice food and lovely view from the restaurant. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

I am part of an airline crew and have travelled the globe and stayed in top hotels for over 30 years. From the moment we arrived at Admas Grand Hotel at 5 am the friendly staff members like Benson were outside welcoming us like family and assisting with baggage and explaining the workings of the room and hotel. The fine dining experience was just what was needed for an early morning breakfast and during my stay I was spoiled by the housekeeping staff who went the extra mile to secure all my needs with friendliness second to none. Fazirah and Edgar in particular went to great lengths to assist in every way. When people are away on business it is exceptional to be made to feel like we are at home with a new family. Thank you to all your friendly staff

We have always liked the Admas Hotel, but it seems like every time we go something goes wrong. Last time the AC did not work, this time the door on our room did not lock and the breakfast buffet was cold. It is a very comfortable place and located perfectly and the staff is always very kind, I just wish they would take care of the details.
