This hotel is really annoying. After you book a room, they won't let you cancel it. No refund, even after you request it eight hundred times, their attitude is still horrible.

The room I checked in did not match the room type I booked. The room I checked in was newly renovated and had a strong smell. The children and the elderly could not stand it, and the store refused to check out. Before you come, please consult the hotel before checking in. The store will not take the initiative to remind you, so be more careful. It only took 1 minute from looking at the room to leaving the store. The smell is too strong to stay for a long time.
