Das Hotel ist in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof gelegen und liegt sehr zentral und das Zimmer war sauber und mit allen notwendigen ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig mit allen was man sich so wünscht und sogar mit thüring. Spezialitäten und zu Fuss konnte man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen und die Haltestelle von der Straßenbahn war ca. 4 min entfernt Richtung HBF. (Ostern 2024)

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war sauber. Schön war, dass wir Holzfußboden hatten.
Das Bett war bequem und das Frühstück ausreichend und lecker. Alles da, was man braucht.
Nur wenige Fußminuten vom Bahnhof und auch in das Zentrum ist man schnell gelaufen.
Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel ist sehr nah am Bahnhof. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich hab mich wirklich wohl gefühlt und würde bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Erfurt gerne wieder kommen.

Mit Abstand das beste 4 Sterne Hotel, in dem ich bisher war. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und absolut sauber. Die Dusche genau richtig eingestellt. Die Matratzen erstklassig. Das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche übrig. Nichts fehlte. Die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter: Toll, und nicht "angeeignet". Ich würde mir wünschen, jedes Hotel hätte diesen Standard. Hier passt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis zu 100%. Vielen Dank!

Die Zimmer zur Hofseite sind wunderbar ruhig. Im Zimmer ist all das was man braucht.Das Frühstück war sehr gut und Parkplätze gab es auch im Innenhof. Die Lage ist prima in der Innenstadt gelegen. Klare Empfehlung! Leider ist kein ausreichend großes Hinweisschild zu den Parkplätzen vorhanden. Das wäre verbesserungsbedürftig.
