The property's location is excellent, and all the staff have been great and very helpful. The rooms are clean and have excellent amenities.

Gave me an upgrade to a suite which was really nice when checking in. Buffet was very crowed in mornings so breakfast is not a great experience especially when in a rush for work. Staff generally nice and accommodating and also helped arrange transport.

Had a great stay in early Nov24 at Crown Plaza Kochi, very helpful staff, nice comfortable rooms. At L’EGANT on site salon. Four of us (two couples) had a recent visit and undertook some treatments at the salon located at Crown Plaza Kochi. There was a minor issue that was quickly responded to by Febina(principle). A mutually agreeable resolution was found, I thank her/salon in reaching this, a business demonstrating good customer care. Thank you.

I visited crowne plaza kochi for my honeymoon...My room was decorated and a cake was placed which was amazing thank you aswathy for the suprise... Food was delicious and service was beyond the expectation.... Will visit again when we visit kochi.

I had a wonderful experience at Aira Ayurvedic Spa, located in Crown Plaza, Kochi. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and ensured I was comfortable throughout my visit. The therapists were highly skilled, and the treatments were both relaxing and rejuvenating. The ambiance of the spa was serene and peaceful, contributing to a truly calming experience. I appreciated the personalized attention and care from the staff, who were knowledgeable about Ayurvedic practices and made recommendations tailored to my needs. The best stay we had. All staffs were super pleasant and the amenities were top notch. The property is worth every penny . View from the room was splendid. Waking up to that view was so dreamy. Now being a member, we would come back whenever possible. Also don't miss the spa. It's a bliss indeed.

Had a great time with crowne plaza kochii..... I am so satisfied with this stay.. Expecially staff make the stay more memorable ❤️🥰. All the staffs in front office were really good and aprochable. Really loved and looking forward for next stay... 💝

The rooms are very comfortable,staffs are really cooperative, awesome dining. Overall loved the stay. The rooms were really spacious clean neat and tidy. Pools were soo clean and pool bar was really amazing. Restaurant was delicious and top notch service.

I stayed at hotel crown plaza Kochi wef 3-9 Nov 24 and it’s not at all an experience to appreciate. 1. The rooms & linen were not cleaned properly including the bathroom towels & napkins. The bathroom towels & gown of OYO hotel are even better. 2. The food menu was average, but the services were terribly slow. The restaurant area was small to accommodate even the hotel occupants. 3. Laundry services were super slow and non responsive. Their main intention was to avoid & delay as late as possible. 4. The room AC was faulty and even after complaint was not corrected. So for few nights had to switch off the AC to sleep.
