Checking was smooth, room was more spacious than expected. Staff were polite and courteous. Room was very good with respect to cleanliness, presentation, amenities such as shaving kit and toiletries were present. Towels were slightly worn. Location is very close to north railway station, very convenient. Overall extremely satisfied with the faculty and staff.

Very bad experience in restaurant-delay serving food, not responsibility any people in there. Very congested room.

The hotel was near the exit gate of ernakulam town junction station. It was an excellent stay for us. There were lotvof restaurants around the hotel. The hotel also has restaurant but the food options are limited. One issue is that the hotel does not have travel desk. So, for car we had to look for travel agents nearby.

Air condition was not working properly. Very very poor house keeping. No hot water in the toilet. I will never recommend this property to anyone.
