No hot water. Breakfast booked with room not buffet. Simple breakfast supplied in room. Not up to the standard they are charging.

There is no pool and breakfast also soo terrible. Room service also not at all fair. We booked the hotel because of the pool os there in the property but there are telling that the pool access is not there because of the cleanliness.

Experienced great welcome. Receptionist staffs were really superb. Great hospitality. Never ever i have experienced such a great hospitality. In terms of room attendants, i am disappointed. They need to get trained.
