The bed was incredibly cozy, and the bathroom was luxurious. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect. Overpriced for the amenities provided. High charges for few hrs late check-out. Even water is not free. Very few food options. Non friendly. No dental kits. Won't give wi-fi/internet details unless we go behind and ask multiple times. Bad experience.

Centre of town, good clean rooms. On request they provide dental kit, shaving kit. Everything was ready when i went there. Smooth and quick service nearby to most places. You can definitely go for it.

I recently stayed at Cochin Palace, a distinguished 4-star hotel, and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The rooms at Cochin Palace are thoughtfully designed, spacious, and exude a modern yet warm ambiance. The decor is stylish, with a subtle nod to local culture, which adds to the overall charm. My room was impeccably clean, well-furnished, and equipped with all the essential amenities one would expect from a hotel of this caliber, including a flat-screen TV, and high-quality linens. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures, ample toiletries, and a well-maintained shower. I would highly recommend Cochin Palace to anyone visiting the area and will certainly choose to stay here again on future visits to Cochin.

Cochin palace does not qualify as a 4 star hotel. Pictures can be deceiving. On day of check in given room on 3rd floor and when door open there was a powerful stench of something dead in the room, the same problem in adjacent room where smell was coming through air con vent. Furniture was pretty old. Transferred to room on 2nd floor. We had to request for change of pillow covers and bedsheet as they were not changed after the previous guests had vacated the room, even the toiletries will only be supplied if requested for. The dining room was a very cramped up area and their breakfast spread was the worst I have seen. No international credit card is accepted. Overall this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in Kerala. Nobody even checks the room prior to guests checking in. Strongly recommend from staying at this property which is no 4 star at all.

Prime location. Rooms are not very spacious. Rooms and wash room up to the mark. Parking is quite small at the basement. Food was good but bit over priced.
