Probably the best value property in Ibiza, comfortable, clean, welcoming, helpful and a great breakfast. Location is excellent for a beach holiday, close to Cala Nova, Es Canar and Cala Martina beaches. Highly recommend. Catch number 24 bus from the airport and stop right outside the hotel.

We had a lovely week here, we was on the first jet2 flight back out in July so after reading all the previous reviews and with the new rules in place we was a bit worried but can honestly say all the staff tried really hard, if there was any problems they was dealt with quickly and they tried to find new ways of dealing with things to make it easier the next time. He hotel wasn’t running at full capacity so carnt speak of a normal July holiday here but there was still plenty of people so of course that means there was que’s for the bar snack bar and restaurant but staff worked quickly to move them along so was never queuing for more than a few minutes, we had no problems with meals there was something different every day and enough choice even for fussy eaters, snack bar was well stocked with a full list of different things from fruit and sandwiches to burgers chips and hotdogs all cooked fresh to order. Lara from the kids club is brilliant!! She was always trying to get all the children involved in games discos or activities, she helped us lots trying to find new places to visit outside the hotel. The all inclusive bar at the beach is a must serving everything that is available at the hotel bar, We had the rooms with the garden and would definitely recommend them I would happily return back here.

We stayed one week and It was our first time in Es Cana ( but not in Ibiza) and since we have a 10month old daughter we chose to stay in the apartments as we needed a kitchen, microwave and kettle for her food. We had a 1 bedroom sea view (side view) on the third floor - the lift is a nightmare. There were 2 lifts, one broken so takes ages to get the lift at any time and it's tiny it barely fits a tiny stroller (babyzen yoyo). We had a side sea view - the balcony is good size, shame everyone is out smoking and the air is awful to breathe so can't sit there. Also everyone puts out their stuff to dry so there's always someone looking at you. The apartment was ok, the bedroom was so small though that the cot barely fit on the side of the bed blocking the passage to my husband who had to jump on the bed from my side. Two twin mattresses put together - its rubbish. My daughter kept falling in the gap when napping in our bed. Bathroom is mouldy despite being renovated, reason being there isn't much cleaning going on. The bath screen is fixed so it's a nightmare bathing a child in it (weren't they supposed to be family friendly???) Three people and only given towels for two - doesn't my daughter count as guest? In a week we had the apartment cleaned TWICE because we stressed reception to send housekeeping - awful service. Sheets were never changes and floors never swept as there was always sand. Reception staff barely speaks English (or pretends not to!) so any request is a pain, and they're so slow it takes forever....they make you wait while speaking to each other in Spanish which is rude. Food is below average - we stayed a week and ate the same things over and over. Nothing suitable for babies and mainly only unhealthy food for everyone (fried, cream, pasta, pizza). Twice in a week I've seen some fish, but then again with breadcrumbs or cream...so not really healthy. Breakfast and dinner are mayhem, so stressful by the amount of people! Eating in the terrace means you have to wait for a table in line - but the majority of people don't know and when you wait you have people strolling in and getting our table. And of course staff doesn't say anything. If you eat inside, it's way too cold due to air conditioning (and kids get sick!), if you eat outside you sweat. There's no win. The beach is close and its the only nice thing about these apartments. However, you need to pay 18 euros for a beach umbrella and 2 chairs every day. Prices are CRAZY - 2000 euros for a week in all inclusive to stay in an apartment and to eat rubbish and have fresh towels once. Go somewhere else - it's not even a clean place!!!

The Hotel check in was very efficient, hotel rooms were a bit dated but everything was very clean and maid service with sheets and towels changed daily .The mattresses are rock hard and even the requested mattress topper didn't improve it much .The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything including snoring from the adjacent room .The sea view rooms are on the main road but this wasnt to busy in the evenings. The pool view rooms are facing the outside entertainment and outside seating areas .The food was varied and always topped up however the tea and coffee machines in the restaurant were only operating at breakfast,Bar drinks you pay 1 euro for a plastic cup but a fresh cup is issued for each drink .The wifi is free downstairs and 20 euros if you want it in your room for a week the signal isn't the best . The evening entertainment is 25-30 mins for the little ones starts at 8.30pm and family entertainment starts at 9.30pm this was an outside act that would come in The entertainment team ran activities during the day . The Hotel is in a great spot for getting out and about ,the beach is a short 5 min stroll .Halfway down the hill is a little Train that is 20 euros each and does 3 different excursions The hippy market is a 15 minute walk away and this is on a Wednesday A 10 min walk and by the beach is the ferry doing various excursions definitely worth the day trip to ibiza old town .The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful we had a problem with the noise from room next door and they were very quick to sort it out .The hotel has 3 lifts and lots of sunbeds we never had a problem getting one . Only cons was the hard mattresses and the amount of smokers was difficult to find outside seating where I wasn't breathing in cigarette or vape smoke a dedicated smoking area would be beneficial to non smokers . Breakfast 8.00 -10.30 am Lunch 1pm -3pm Dinner 7pm- 9.30pm

Super helpful and friendly staff, the rooms were clean, fab shower and really comfortable bed that was made daily and clean towels placed in the room. We had a sea view, which was perfect and meant we had a lovely breeze, although there was also air conditioning:) Breakfast was delicious and the lady in the bar made the best coffee EVER!! Pool area was private and well laid out, I will definitely be back!

We were upgraded to this hotel from their other hotel, Cala Martina which was our original booking as LLUM announced they would close Cala Martina early. The hotel is a little dated but it is clean, the staff were friendly and hard working. We were in an apartment as a family of three, so we had sliding panels to separate twin beds from living area. In the living area was a sofa bed that could sleep two. The rooms were cleaned daily and the beds made nicely. We went on the last week of the 2023 season so towards the end of our stay the food dwindled but we never struggled to find nice things to eat. Breakfast has pancakes, made to order omelette fried eggs, beans, sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, grilled veg, fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt, toast, and French sticks. Lunch always had a paella on a hot plate, sometimes fish, sometimes chicken, sometimes pork. There was always pasta and bolognaise or tomato based sauce, and pizza and chips for the kids. Great salads, salad offering was best at lunch times. Plenty of hot food dished. There was an array of cakes and fresh fruit, also little ice cream pots (vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry and vanilla). Vegetarian options always available Dinner again offered good choice of hot food and salad options. Vegetarian options available. Kids was the same as lunch. The pool bar served a bar type menu from around 11am until 3pm ish. Burgers, hotdogs, chips, tuna sandwiched, mixed salad etc. We went all inclusive (there is an option of board) There was a good selection of cocktails, sangria (red wine version with fruit) San Miguel, some local liquors including a London Gin, and wine in the restaurant. Fizzy drinks on tap and water. Coffee machine, also coffee could be made behind the bar. The pool was freezing! My kid enjoyed brief moments in it but the sea which was a short walk was much more pleasant and shallow for a good distance too. The hotel was next to the shops and bars on the edge of the main *****. A great location to access bars and amenities in Es Cana. The temperature was very agreeable for winter sun between 22 and 24 in the day and improve 20 late into the night but a bit breezy most nights. The only thing I struggled with was the hard mattress on the twin beds. I was lucky of I made 4 hours of sleep. Them I had bad back most mornings. The sun loungers were more comfy and one day I did have an hour snooze on the lounger. Still good value for the money we spent despite the uncomfortable beds.
