From the moment I checked in, the staff greeted me with enthusiasm and professionalism. During my stay, the staff at the hotel was really meticulous. They always met my needs in a timely manner, whether it was providing extra towels or recommending local tourist attractions. And their balcony has a large view and a wide decoration. The atmosphere is beautiful and comfortable, the lighting effect is good, and their bed has to be said to be the most comfortable bed I have ever lived in. It makes me feel great! The most important thing is that it is super close to the high-speed rail station or the city center.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the personalized service of Yolai. They really paid attention to every detail and made me feel as comfortable as at home. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and I believe you will have an unforgettable stay experience too!

The room was spacious and clean. The location is also good, very close to Yintan, Wanda, Qiaogang, and the station, and convenient to travel. The boss and the proprietress are very enthusiastic. A spare washing machine is also provided. It is really comfortable to go out to live in such a hotel. I will live here in Beihai in the future.

I booked the room and said that I could check in at 3 o'clock. When we passed at 4:30, the room had not been cleaned. I waited in their lobby. The children fell asleep again. The weather was quite cold. I waited for almost an hour to clean the double room. When I went up to the room, I found that the pillows were not clean. Call the front desk to help change it, the mouth promised, I asked twice if I could help change it, I asked sorry, I would say it on the mouth, and I checked out the next day. The hotel did not change the pillowcase.
