A nice hotel but wouldn't come back for a number of reasons.... Half board - food is nice can't complain however, the waitresses are so extremely rude. It depends which one you get whether you get charged for your water (so be prepared to pay £7 for two small bottles of water with your meals eveytimeyou eat. The half board does NOT include water it seems. Pool Bar prices - around £7 per spirit drink and €2.70 for a can of coke so not cheap. You won't want to have a pool day paying that everytime you want an alcoholic drink, plus there's this coin system and if you forget or lose your coins, it's game over for a drink because they will refuse to serve you! The hotel itself is nice and very clean. There's nothing at all around it though so be prepared for the extortionate local taxi prices (already €4.50 added to the meter before you even tell the driver where you are going). We've been averaging £50 to £60 a day on taxis and thats just to Puerto Banus (each taxi will charge you a completely different fair). Maids are brilliant and very friendly and do change your towels daily. There's no kettle in your room but you do get a small fridge. The hotel shop is expensive for water etc but there's an Aldi a walk up back to the main motorway and a handful of restaurants. A nice hotel but I wouldn't come back due to its location. We also paid for a sea view room which was pointless as you can't see anything lol. The local beach is full of stones so you can't get into the sea. Pic of 'sea view' provided.

Still waiting on some sort of apology , acknowledging or any form of contact from this hotel regarding my daughter having an accident here due to their unsafe groubds by their so called beach huts! Which ruined our holiday and has scarred my daughters legs! No communication from this hotel even our travel company heard nothing back from them! Terrible! Let me start by saying I love this hotel and this is our second time here in two years. However it has changed! Not the staff behind reception or the general hotel staff but the pool attendant! This morning I asked one person for two pool towels and he grunted at me saying go to the other pool, so I did (even though he was rude!). On my return with my two towels across my arm, my sunscreen in the other and my phone and headphones in my hand I was confronted by the same pool attendant who then proceeded to get in my face and say “ did you take my photo” to which I said of course not. He then said let me see you phone, to which I told him to get lost! After about 5 minutes another pool attendant showed up and both confronted me saying you took my friend’s photo!! To which I said the same, then the new guy said I was being disrespectful and if I’d taken a photo they would get the police…. So I showed him my phone ( guess what, no photo of him) then he said show me your deleted photos!! So I did, and guess what… no photo!! No apology or anything, just two young guys having a go at a 61 year old and calling me disrespectful. I’ve just been to reception and reported the incident to management ( they were very good) and they told me that the pool attendants were a subcontractor and that she would sort it out. Such a shame but we won’t be commenting no back because of this incident.

The hotel was amazing. Seen some other reviews before we left and was a little worried. I needn’t had been as everything was perfect. We had a suite on the top floor with a corner balcony and it was wonderful and definitely worth booking. There were 8 of us staying and the two other xtra sol rooms were also amazing. We booked the suite so we could all have a base and it was so big and spacious. The suite had a separate bedroom, a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet. There was also a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed in the living room, so could comfortably sleep 5 adults. They also left a bottle of bubbles and a sweet treat for my daughter’s 21st birthday which was very thoughtful. The hotel was spotless everywhere and the staff couldn’t do more for you. They even managed to find me some crutches after I sprained my ankle whilst out partying 🙈 Would definitely stay here again!

Do not book this hotel. We arrived last night, on our arrival there was a huge group of People who were Clealry really drunk. There had been a huge fight with blood all Over the men and the hotel. The hotel Staff basically didn’t even alnowledge it with us. Absolutely awful My Daugtner didn’t even want to stay at the hotel. Room Basic and a bad view of mental Pipes and the car park, asked to Change, basically rude staff saying hotel was Full , it clealry isn’t. You have to Have tokens to get drinks, whcih is a huge pain and you can only Get one Drink at a Time. Worst hotel Ever and some of the staff are so Rude it’s unreal DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

We had a fantastic family Summer holiday here. The pool was big and had a graduated entry so even my three year old, who cannot swim yet, was able to play in the shallows. The events team, especially Elena, put on great pool-based and morning activities as well as evening shows. The room was big and clean and cool enough. Food was pretty good for an all-inclusive. My only slight issue was with the kids club, which was a bit frantic and confusing, especially if your children don’t speak Spanish. But, to be honest, it was so hot that ours just wanted to stay in the pool so they didn’t mind.

Just returned from a short golf break here booked through Golfbreaks! Decided to take the wives on a golf trip for the first time so decided an all inclusive was the way to go. We were delighted upon check in told be told we’d all been upgraded to their Villas. These Villas were absolutely superb, all with their own distinct style, myself and my wife’s was a Spanish Style Villa, number 5004, it was incredible! Looked like it had just been renovated, lovely and bright with tiled floors. 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully functional kitchen with a stocked fridge full of drinks and a huge living area with sofas, chairs flat screen tv and large Bluetooth sound system. There was also a large tv in the bedroom we used, maybe in the other room as well, I’m not sure! Large dining table and chairs also there. Outside was a large private garden going around the entire villa including another table and chairs with two full size sun loungers and even an outside shower! Individual remote controlled air conditioning units were in the 2 bedrooms and living area as well. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean. All the staff were polite and helpful. It’s an extremely large hotel with bars and restaurants everywhere, not all appeared to be open and the hotel pools were lovely and quiet, the pools themselves were the perfect temperature. The food in the buffet was nice, the evening meal was definitely better than lunch. As people have said in other reviews, the beach isn’t great at all, not the hotels fault obviously but you really can’t go for a swim as there’s just millions of large rocks and pebbles at the sea bed, I did try a dip once with some shoes on and it’s just dangerous really, there were quite large waves and it was difficult to get back out of the water with the slippery stones! There are some truly incredible views of the sea from the bars near the shore. It’s such a shame about the beach because it’s such a great location. It’s about 20 euro to go into Puerto Banus and taxis are almost instant. There’s a decent shop in the hotel for all your needs! All in all we really enjoyed this unique style hotel and would highly recommend and the upgrade really did make this a holiday to remember!
