A 3 star hotel with bed full of bed bugs and refuse to acknowledge and deny refund. Room is dusty and smell mouldy. We left immediately! Good luck to next guest!

Very bad hotel, very bad service. Not all hotels in France are like this, maybe it's because of the people.
I stayed in the hotel for a few months, and left for two weeks to go back, but the front desk clerk said that I was not there and would not accept express delivery or parking. I said I was a long-term guest, I had been away for a few months, and I came back to stay for more than two weeks, and the express delivery was just a hair dryer, which was not big. The front desk clerk had a very bad attitude and said it was the hotel's rules.
So, basically, this apartment is not cleaned or serviced. For guests who leave temporarily and come back to stay, there is no temporary storage of luggage or temporary collection of express delivery.
The attitude is also very bad. When checking out, guests are required to clean the room the same as when they checked in. I have stayed in too many hotel apartments around the world. I don't know if this apartment is too demanding, or if they want to save the money for room service and let the next guest check in directly?

Nous avions réservés par l’intermédiaire de Booking et comme mon mari porte un appareil respiratoire sans ajouter, on a demandé 2 chambres et nous n'avons pas eu de suppléments donc de ce fait nous avons prix nos petits déjeuners chez eux que dans la chambre

Enregistrement rapide ,personnel agréable et très servuable.
Le studio est grand,au calme,bien situé avec une très belle vue sur le lac.Il est bien équipé(il manque un peu de vaisselle),très propre
Le petit déjeuner est très complet et de bonne qualité.
Le prix du studio avec le petit déjeuner et le parking en sous sol est peu élevé
Je conseille cet établissement sans hésiter pour son âge excellent rapport qualité /prix
