Very nice hotel , included breakfast is an advantage. Room rate is competitive, considering free breakfast. Definitely will come back again.

Better to go out for breakfast.. because buffet very weak.
And no window to take fresh air in the room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, staff provided good service from arrival to departure. I had left my property behind on the desk after realising I had forgotten about it. Staff was able to keep it safely for me when I retrieve it.

Very close to high street. Full cooked breakfast buffet has a lot of food choices.
The breakfast room is a bit small and crowded, expected to wait and be seated after 8:30am (as there is a warm reminder at the lift lobby / reception desk)
Free on-street parking outside hotel after 6pm until 9am (weekdays) / 11am (sundays and bank holidays), so it is not necessary to give car parking fee inside the hotel premises.

Convenient location with 10 minutes walk to the city centre of Exeter! Next to the Exeter Quay with wonderful view.

The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast served everyday with sufficient choices. Within walking distance to city centre.
However, parking is expensive. £15 a day. No free parking or any discount to hotel guest! Parking on the road is much cheaper.

The location was okay for me, a short walk in to the centre of Exeter. There is a decent size car park, which as additional charge, the train stations are a little further away.
As for the hotel, it was clean, rooms are a reasonable size, the breakfast is okay with hot and cold selection available.
The team members I came across were polite and happy to help.

The hotel is nice, the design is very mordern. However, the pillow and bed is very hard which my friend & I don't feel it very comfortable to sleep with.
