Very easy to find, park and check in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room lovely, warm and clean with everything needed. Hot water on tap and bath/shower rounded off with plenty of nice fluffy towels. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others x

This was a stopover whilst travelling, to break up the journey. The staff were excellent and this Travelodge was perfectly positioned for me

Your staff were so lovely and accommodating, changing our room to be more accessible once they noted my parent’s mobility needs. Didn’t give you 5 stars because finding your location in the dark was very hard. There was no light on your sign and there was a tree that obscured it. We drove around the services in circles looking for your location. Please put some signs within the services area (since you have Services in your location title) and some simple lighting and shrub pruning would be helpful.

Superb for a budget stay. Shame there is no in house catering. Complex itself is a big tired but the room is very clean. The only disadvantage being on a ground floor is heavy footed guest above. Ear plugs sorted that out though. Staff are excellent! I can’t fault the experience of staying here. I would certainly stay here again.

We (3 adults, one 16yr old) shared a family room overnight as we were visiting family and going to the Exeter Christmas market. The hotel was easy to find and the trip to Exeter went smoothly with good parking at Magdalene Road. Checking in was easy and parking was available. A slight issue with the bathroom sink was quickly fixed and a hairdryer was available on request. Everyone was pleasant.

2 night stay at this Travelodge. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. The hotel it's self was shabby and in need of some renovation and repair.
