How much of a joke can this dive be? Toilet doesn't flush, mattress is absolutely horrendous. You're given a wash cloth, a hand towel and a shower mat. The TV has no remote, the lobby has been getting reconstructed for 2 years. The cesspool of a pool has finally been closed, but it will be open again "soon". The pillows are 3 for a king bed, and have been around for 20 years. Check in was laughable, as a wyndham diamond member using points, there was apparently an issue with their system. After 15 minutes standing in the lobby full of **** smell, showing them the reservation on my phone, they asked me to call and get it fixed. No thank you, I've showed you everything, and done all I need to. The rest is a training or software issue. After 20 minutes he handed us the room keys. We would have definitely been better off staying in a car under the bridge. The one working elevator, barely works. The carpets have seen better decades. Who knows what fluids are on the walls and fridge, and the bathroom floor is slimy. For over two hundred dollars a night, there's a reason they make you sign a form saying you have 10 minutes to inspect your room before its a binding contract for your stay. We won't make this mistake again, please make sure you do the same.
