Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a first floor room next to an outdoor ac unit which caused ALOT of noise throughout the evening. This was tough with a toddler. Easy walk to Sesame Place. Quiet and clean pool area. The mattresses were a bit hard but other than that the room was comfortable.

Exceptional and very professional staff. We were politely greeted and check in was fast. Enjoyed the breakfast and Friday free social dinner. Such a great touch.
Ruben, Fanny, Bruce and Shanika are some of the few names I remembered who were super pleasant to chat with and super helpful.
Definitely will be back.

Front desk staff/management was excellent. We ate the free breakfast in the lobby, and the manager was talking to each family about Sesame Place and was very engaging with the kids. Our TV remote stopped working and someone came to fix it right away. Our room was clean and we enjoyed the pool/hot tub every night, although the pool is small for the number of kids who stay there. This is right across the street from the entrance to Sesame Place. We got a great deal booking the hotel with the park. It’s great to be able to leave the park and come right back.

The hotel was in a great location Sesame Place. It wasn't the worst place we've ever stayed. Breakfast was good but busy for the spot they had set up. The staff wasn't always the most professional. The first night there, the man at the front desk seemed to be breaking up with his girlfriend and complaining about his job/boss on the phone loud enough for the entire lobby to hear. The room was big enough for my whole family and housekeeping was very sweet and did a great job! The pool was on the small side but was an added plus for our four-year-old. Overall, we'd stay again but only because of how close it was to the park.

It was convenient for the things we wanted to do ... but we were totally surprised by a $15/day "parking fee". I assume that had to do with its proximity to Sesame Place, but we were actually leaving the property all day each day to go to other locations in the area, and that upcharge seemed totally uncalled for.
Caveat emptor. I guess if you are planning on going to Sesame Place, the parking fee saves you money. If you're using the location for a place to stay in order to enjoy the region, it's something that should have been represented up front.

Some of the hotel staff were extremely friendly while others seemed annoyed to have to work there. Breakfast was a mess. Needs to be better organized and basics need to be replenished (plates and milk not available). Hotel was great otherwise. Very convenient and clean.
