Appena arrivati si è invasi dalla tranquillità di questa meravigliosa location, già prima risorsa di benessere , tutto eccellente dall accoglienza al personale in Spa ,gentili e disponibili, top per pulizia ,struttura , durata e varietà percorso benessere,bellissima area relax e per finire aperitivo in giardino ....non viene voglia di andar via ...come accade raramente ,complimenti davvero per l'attenzione e l'ospitalità che offrite.

We are a family of four and had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel and all the staff were so lovely and friendly to us. A special mention to David who was our server at breakfast time, he was great fun and so friendly to us. The 2 pools were fabulous and well maintained and all rooms and areas in the hotel are beautiful. The spa is out of this world!! The breakfast was also great with a fabulous selection.
In general the hotel and grounds are beautiful. However, some minor things that prevented me from giving it 5 stars were; the general upkeep of the building, as the roof and railings are getting dated and could do with being cleaned and/or painted to freshen up the building. We arrived 15 minutes before check-in time so appreciated we would have to maybe wait for our rooms, however we ended up having to wait over an hour, which wasn’t ideal. The location around the hotel is not great, it is a bit run down and no facilities. However, we had a cat so this wasn’t a big issue but something to bear in mind. The biggest issue for us was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms.. in Sicily.. in summer.. we were here for 4 nights and I don’t think slept one of them!

Spa molto bella, grande, pulita, personale cordiale. Si trova vicino la città e in una zona molto tranquilla. La spa è molto ampia, dotata di due saune, un bagno turco, hammam, due vasche idromassaggio, altri percorsi ed un ampia piscina. Varie le aree relax. Da ritornarci!

Tutto eccellente, impeccabile e pulitissimo, personale accogliente e gentilissimo, sono già stato ospite di questa fantastica struttura a Febbraio 2022 dove ho anche pernottato e usufruito oltre che della Spa anche del massaggio di coppia, e quindi non posso che riconfermare le mi sopracitate considerazioni. Spero di tornarci il prima possibile

Ritorno in questo stupendo Hotel per usufruire della SPA, sicuramente la più bella, ampia e confortevole che abbiamo mai provato. Consiglio vivamente di provarla, inoltre è presente una SPA privata per chi volesse usufruire di un percorso benessere esclusivo. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

Accolti, coccolati meravigliosamente! Avevamo bisogno di ritagliarci un momento di relax e non potevamo farlo in un luogo migliore. Dell'accoglienza in camera, alla stupenda Spa con personale disponibile, gentile e simpatico. Massaggi incantevoli di Daniela e Loredana,, cena eccellente con la presenza di personale impeccabile,disponibile e discreto. Camera dotata dei migliori comfort, curata nei dettagli e pulita in ogni parte. Luogo profumati, confortevoli, stupenda la sala lettura..

Abbiamo fatto massaggio di coppia e percorso benessere, tutto perfetto. La spa è molto spaziosa, bel pulita e il personale è attento a presente. Ci sono due saune e due bagni turchi con temperature un po’ diverse, molto ampie e la temperatura è corretta. Bello anche l’idromassaggio.

Sono stato qui con mia moglie, ho avuto un trattamento da principe.Lo staff dalla sala alla spa super professionale.La cucina tipica e gustosa. Non vedo l ora di tornare.Un plauso speciale a Maurizio. Grazie davvero per questi giorni di totale relax
