A comfortable room to rest after a long day of travel. This hotel is conveniently located near the freeways and to downtown FargoND, and MoorheadMN. Beds were comfortable, towels were thick and absorbent, temperature was easy to adjust. Breakfasts were hot, plentiful, and flavorable. Wifi was strong.

This hotel is quite nice. The decor is cute. It has a lovely "water park" pool area for the kiddies and a hot tub. With that being said, the pool area is very very loud. Kids really enjoy the slides, basketball hoop, dumping pails, etc. If you want to relax in the hot tub good luck because it is always packed with parents of the kids. The breakfast was good. They had the standard fair. They changed the "hot selection" from one day to the next which was nice. The area was kept very clean and well stocked. The check in process was very easy and the checkout process was great. We really liked that the windows could open left side or right side. It was nice to be able to really open the windows instead of just a couple of inches. The weather outside was cooler and was so nice to have fresh air in the room. The wifi worked great. Lots of strength to run 2 ipads at the same time. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. The only drawback of this visit was that they cancelled the "social hour". We have read a few reviews from folks saying that this hotel put in a "social hour" with wine/beer and appetizers. Because this hotel treated it's guests to this was the reason we decided to stay here.

Great hotel, close to a lot of places to eat and the mall , the pool area was small But clean also breakfast was great, but breakfast area very small and when crowded hard to maneuver All in all had a great experience at this hotel The staff were very friendly and helpful

No complaints about this facility. Everything exceeded expectations. Clean, Comfortable, with nice atmosphere. The first floor rooms have both indoor and outdoor entrances which can be very convenient. Great rustic ambiance and decor.

Awesome decor totally resembling a cabin or lodge in the mountains. Lots of bears sculptures and figurines throughout the hotel, pine wood ceilings and walls and lamps with bears and pinecones, etc. The rooms have similar furnishings, pillows, comforters, valances all with bear themed designs. Totally cute! I loved it. In the lobby is a huge two sided stone fireplace and two wooden rocking chairs and a couch. Also they had a complimentary happy hour! It was incredible. They had an assortment of raw veggies and ranch dip, Ruffles potato chips with onion dip, and a crockpot full of meatballs with assorted sauces. It was very good. We sat in the lobby chatting with two other guests who were on a 50 state quest as us! They had an indoor pool popular with children that had an assortment of fun equipment (slide, etc.) all on the bear theme. You could tell this was quite an attraction in itself for families! The male clerk even suggested a good place in town to eat which we went to and loved! Great place to stay!!!! This is the best decorated Best Western I’ve ever stayed at!

This was a wonderful place overall. The outside and inside were tastefully decorated with a bear and wilderness theme. The pool was extra special with slides, water buckets that dump on you after they slowly fill, and more. Just perfect for families. One end was only 2 feet deep. Rooms were clean and quiet. Great place to stay.

The staff is very helpful for us. They bend over backwards in order to make sure that we are taken care of. the rooms are very nice and very comfortable and cleaned right up. The check in desk has very knowledgeable people. The helpfulness is way beyond the call of duty!!!!!!

Family fun & relaxation. We are an older couple with grown kids and we found our stay very quiet and relaxing. The rooms are extremely clean and the comfortable. We would definitely recommend this to others. Complementary breakfast fresh and hot, good coffee!

We were not impressed. The woman working the front desk was very abrupt and not helpful. All she did was hand me the keys, didn’t explain the breakfast, internet or even where the room was. These things were easy enough to figure out on my own, but still. We reserved and paid for a whirlpool room, but were given a regular room with no comp being offered. The hand towels that were hanging up were dirty. Not just stained, they had clearly been used, dirty with chunks of food on them. As indicated in the picture. This made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Overall, the hotel and room were not terrible. However, this hotel is much more expensive than the ones surrounding it, yet the quality is the same or worse. We chose this one, hoping it would be nicer, based on the price, but it was not. My advice- go with one of the cheaper ones so that you’re not disappointed
