We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Happy House Faro recently. The location was excellent for everything we needed, and the hotel itself was super clean, very comfortable and inviting, and felt very safe. It had such a home from home feeling with it's friendly staff and thoughtful touches like a kitchen area to make hot drinks and biscuits. The outdoor terrace was also a beautiful place to sit any time of day and relax.
We loved everything about this place and would happily recommend to anyone staying in Faro. You will not be disappointed! The value of this place is outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

The room was very clean and ready when we arrived. There was a cute balcony. The common area had coffee and small snacks. The shared spaces were clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. Quick and easy check in/check out process. Good value all around.

We stayed one night before leaving early to get to the airport. Room 204 on the second floor was assigned to us. The room had a strange smell like someone smoked in it. It didn‘t go away after opening the window, the top blanked should be washed more often as they smelled as well. Secondly there was constant noise , probably caused by an aircon nearby. Other than that the room was very clean. We talked to the receptionist about the issues and asked to get another room which she did not hesitate to give to us. Our final room was on the first floor looking out onto the street. This room was totally fine taking into account the money paid

My wife and I especially liked the use of a common kitchen and a sunny, beautiful terrace with palms and flowers. The room had everything we needed except, perhaps, a hair dryer.

We loved the location of the Happy House; it’s tucked away close to the center of the old town. Olga was very helpful by calling a taxi for us , to leave at 4;30. In the morning.
It’s an ideal place for the active tourist. It’s small But has it all.
