Building work underway ,extending and improving. Rooms grouped in big thatched rondavels in gardens overlooking the delta. Spacious and well designed. Balcony ,design feature bathroom ,separate toilet, comfortable bed (for once a normal size single),mosquito net available for bed but no window mesh (not needed in Feb) heater. Sufficient sockets. Lighting good. Rather chilly in restaurant. Evening meal provided as part of our one night stay (14 day tour) food not outstanding but plentiful . Fresh juices(as opposed to beer or fizzy) are available but not prepared so settled for a lemon water. Breakfast rather uninspiring pseudo French (what do locals eat???) Location fantastic! Staff helpful. In the afternoon, following our arrival in an amazing motorised pirogue journey of 5 hours ,I investigated the small town. Well worth a walk about. Some tourist stalls but mainly is just a nice small fishing village. Evening on the little beach ,high tide, groups of kingfishers fishing ,pelicans floating past .

A recommander..🤩

The hotel is very nice with a nice swimming pool. The landing stage for the canoes is just on the edge. We are in the middle of nature, it's a treat! The rooms are nicely decorated, the shower looks like a small cave...very nice. We ate very well there, I recommend!

Large rondavel accommodation, clean and comfortable, on the riverside. Good shower, mosquito nets, wifi. Medium sized pool. Food was good, small bar and small shop on site. Situated in a small town area with plenty of shops and places to eat within easy walking distance. Some areas a bit tired and in need of maintenance but overall very nice.

Not recommended, very old and dirty room. Big lack of maintenance, everything is falling apart, power failure every quarter of an hour. But here it is Senegal in standard 2 to 3 stars. Restoration remains correct. Breakfast not great at all

The setting and the position are nice. Too bad we feel that the maintenance is not there... it must have been a much better hotel before the covid it remains a correct address, just needs a little updating ;)

I think that the photos we are showing you are a bit dated… Indeed, the hotel is poorly maintained, the swimming pool leaves something to be desired, the smells around it are really horrible… The humidity of the hotel is difficult to bear. The rooms are in a bad state. The bathrooms are poor, they look like caves. In short, really to avoid. On my photos it looks like it's fine, but that's because I didn't take pictures of the misery... Especially behind the swimming pool!!!
