Thw room was not clean, neither bed neither WC At middle of the morning someone entered in my room O quarto nao estava limpo, a cama nao estava feita e as toalhas estavam usadaa No meio da manhã um estrangeiro entrou dentro doo quarto. Nao recomendo

Nous avons séjourner dans l'hôtel en famille, la chambre familiale était très bien, propre et la salle de bain très grande. La seule reproche serait que l'hôtel n'est pas ouvert apres minuit même pas de digicode. Je le recommande et tres proche du sanctuaire.

Disgusting sewage smell in the room from the sink and toilet in the bathroom. Even the blanket smells like sewage. Many spots on the blanket icl. blood or food or both (they apparently never wash the blanket). Bad smell also at the balcony as there are 4 huge garbage containers located right bellow the balconies. Terrible front desk. Total lack of professionalism. They really do not speak English at all. WIFE did not work and TV did not work. Worst "hotel" stay in my life so far.

So far, my worst experience in Europe. Ugly black mold/mould around the window in the room and even uglier mold/mould in the bathroom. Unprofessional unwelcoming reception. None of them speak English or German. Tiny dirty and damaged room facing another wall. Bad smell in the bathroom. Disgusting. Never again.

Hotel agradável e tranquilo. Quarto familiar grande, espaçoso e camas confortáveis. Pequeno almoço razoável, não com muita coisa, mas suficiente. Senhoras simpáticas e prestáveis. Bem localizado relativamente perto do santuário.
