Extended Stay America Select Suites - Fayetteville

This year we have utilized this property as a housing option for our students. The staff at the Extended Stay has been excellent. They have provided an extra level of customer service and resources or the students residing at the property. They have been very open to working and making adjustments to meet the needs of this unique population.

I have been thoroughly enjoying my stay here. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and kind. The hotel is clean and smells good. The staff is very professional and effective. Whenever we have a problem, they are quick to solve them and we never have to ask more than once.

Stayin here has been a wonderful experience the rooms are spacious the staff here are extremely friendly and have a family like disposition about them they also always greet you with a smile. The hotel is quiet and and allows for you to get a good nights rest will definitely stay here again

I recently had a wounder experience at the hotel the rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and offered stunning views. The staff was exceptionally courteous, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The central location made exploring the city convenient. Overall, my stay was a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication, making a top choice for anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent hotel experience.

Great staff, always on time with requests. Really made me feel welcomed. During my stay the tub was beginning to drain slower than normal, and literally as soon as I reported it, the maintenance team was already going to fix it and finished quickly.

When my fiancé got killed at the end of this past April I didn’t have a concrete living arrangement. So my family booked a room for a week @ RowAn st woodsprings. Stayed the first week. All was good besides the Very flamboyant light skin dude at the front desk refusing to give me fresh clean towels because I didn’t know you had to return them up front yourself to get clean ones. Excuse me for thinking there’s house keepers but that wasn’t a biggie! Once my week was up ….. My dad booked the room for another week. 3 days go by….. I get a knock on my door. Mine you I am alone …. Haven’t had any visitors nor made even the smallest of disturbance. I open it … it’s light skin dude again…. Says you’re smoking in your room you can either pay the 250$ fee or leave.Umm excuse me ?? How can you prove I’m smoking when this whole floor smells like not only cigg smoke but ********* smoke ??? Desperate to stay I offered to pay the fee …:: the light skin guy made a remark “oh I thought you didn’t have it “ ummm how is my finances any of your business???!!! “ then the manager came down because I refused to leave my room my dad just paid FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS for!! That I still have 4 whole days left !!! So I closed the door in their face…. I wasn’t even dressed completely… then they tried just busting into MY ROOM I PAId for…. Just totally ignoring the Covid protocols!!! And I mean MY effin legal human rights……. So I pushed the fridge in front of the door 🤣.To make a long story short they called the police And I was forced to leave. Meanwhile Im in the middle of mourning my fiancé …. And trying to figure out what the heck my next move was. I had to deal with these ignorant THIEVES stealing me and my family’s money. I hope they drop D E A D to be real! Worst mfs I’ve ever met in my life

The Gm Ms Jones and the only worker, mr Taylor does a excellent job running this place. The rooms stay clean plus they remain friendly after all the work they do here everyday. I think they deserve a raise.

My reservation was for this Wednesday Before I even arrived I I called before check in time to see if I was able to check in early the women I spoke to on the phone was already rude and had an attitude but she told me I could check in at 1:00 if their was a room clean . So at 1:00 I arrive and she’s telling me nobody ever told me I can check in at 1:00and making it seem like I was making things up ,when that was the whole reason I drove there at that time . So she proceeds to argue with me using a loud tone saying “ I have no rooms right now you can not check in “ when she told me I could so I leave and come back around 2:30 at this point I really want a refund but they don’t even have refunds here so Im starting the check in process again and she’s says who’s staying with you I said me and my boyfriend would be in the room at the time I was checking in he wasn’t even with me and she is saying I could not check in because he wasn’t with me and she wanted see his id in order for me to check in when he wasn’t even with me at the time and his name wasn’t on the reservation. Being from New Jersey I have never experienced something like this before, since I couldn’t get a refund I tried to work w the rude lady because I didn’t want to waste my money her name was Ms. Sarah and she says she was the general manger everything that comes out of her mouth was a hostile nasty tone . And there’s more ! After she said she needed his id even though he wasn’t with me I said can I show you a picture since he isn’t present she said no she can’t except any pictures so I was like ok so when’s a later time I can check in ? Then she changes her mind I guess because she seen I wasn’t leaving without answers . And says to her employee “just check her in she’s only staying for one night anyway “ wow way to treat customers . Once I check in to the room it’s it’s identical to a hospital room or a rehab the beds don’t even look like the pictures it’s on a box spring I haven’t seen one of them in years especially not in a hotel . I could not even get comfortable sleeping I was tossing and turning the whole night it was just terrible . Then the next morning she decides to knock on my door and proceed to come in my room at10:11 before it’s even check out time saying oh check out time is at 11 are you checking out like she was rushing me to leave even though I was ready to run out of there anyway . Considering the fact this was my first time visiting Fayetville nc this was not a welcoming experience for me . Stay away from here !

This place had decent reviews for a good price and so we booked a night as a stop over on a road trip. What a mistake. The walls are paper thin, other residents were very loud all night, hallways and elevator were gross (it appeared that someone urinated in the elevator), the room was dirty, especially the bathroom. The kitchen area was also filthy. The beds were the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept on in a hotel and the blankets were thin and smelled bad. No amenities in the room other than one bar of soap. No counter space in the bathroom. There isn’t staff here overnight and we felt very unsafe.
