Um hotel que atendeu todas as minhas necessidades (quarto quádruplo), com wifi bom para as quatro pessoas, quarto amplo com uma ante-sala, geladeira, ar-condicionado bom e café da manhã bom. A tarifa muito boa comparando com outros estabelecimentos do mesmo padrão. O fato de não ter elevador dificulta um pouco para quem está no terceiro andar (apt 312), e para quem tem dificuldades físicasse torna impraticável.

O Hotel é bem novo a estrutura dos quartos é ótima. Espaçoso, cama confortável, chuveiro forte, banheiro espaçoso. O meu estava sem secador e eles não tinham nenhum para me atender, justificando que todos eram fixos e precisariam chamar a manutenção. O café da manhã é bem servido, com bastante opção e os atendentes bem gentis. O atendimento na recepção deixa a desejar, todos parecem sem energia e mal humorados. Já fiquei hospedada mais de uma vez e da última, estava com uma torção no pé onde precisava de uma garrafa com água congelada para tratamento local, para surpresa negaram a possibilidade de colocar para congelar já que o frigobar do quarto não tem congelador. Pasmem.. tamanha falta de gentileza. A localização do hotel também é um pouco fora do centro. Para todo deslocamento é necessário carro. Todo o serviço é feito pelo restaurante Seen, extremamente caro - se nao, o mais caro de Feira de Santana. Exemplo: peixe com pure no restaurante R$107, no serviço de quarto R$85 +10%.
