The hotel is very well located. Good room with good views. The bar street below is very noisy during the evening but the music stops at 23:30 every day. The room furniture is very good. I just have one remark. However the bathroom design is to be improved, there is only a bath and no curtains for shower. It is not possible to take a shower without spilling water everywhere on the floor. Special thanks to 管家小田姐姐和管家小龙姐姐 who have been very helpful during our stay. They have helped us to book a boat tour on the river, a good seat at the show and organized our safe transfer back to the train station. We have stayed in the phénix city for 3 days, I think the best is to stay only 2 days.

The exquisite petty bourgeoisie and clean parent-child room are especially suitable for a family of three. All the staff are enthusiastic and the boss even gave me a souvenir before leaving. It was an unexpected surprise. The fruits in the lobby are changed every day. When I left, the boss enthusiastically packed fruits for the children. It was very considerate (the children especially liked the free homemade ice cream at the B&B). Ha ha)

She helped to book a car, a show, and recommended my younger sister to take me to the ancient city. I didn't need to worry about the elderly's itinerary at all! Overall it was a good stay. It is located at the end river section, so you can still see the lighting up at night but not as much as the middle section. The room was clean but the cushions on the chairs (balcony) were stained. Would suggest to not put cushions and just have Rattan chairs. The room is located at the fourth floor so we had to carry our suitcases up. We read the reviews prior booking so we kind of expected it too and didn't come as a shock. The staffs were very kind and help us to carry the suitcases together. We had an early day next day and the kitchen staffs served us our breakfast prior to the official breakfast start time.

I recently stayed at this hotel. The good news is that the place was pretty clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Really nicely decorated hotel. Id say one of the best hotels in this region. Given only four stars as our room was quite strong with cigarette smell. We informed the staff about it and they said they would send someone to fix it. I think what they did was just opening the window which made it worse as the cigarette smell was stronger when we came back possibly because we were on the second floor and someone was smoking outside. We didnt bother to tell them again as it was late and we just wanted to sleep. There was also some sticky stain on the floor that we asked them to clean it but it was still there when we came back. Staff very friendly. A tea set is also provided.
