GGuest UserI had a lovely experience in this establishement! The staff were very very friendly and super helpful and went out of their way to assist us throughout our stay - despite not knowing English! We discussed w a translating app throughout our stay. The food was delicious (in the morning) and they were kind enough to let us takeaway some food on the day of our Disney trip. Great pick up and drop off service also to and from Disney. The room is tidy and spacious for 5 adults and they cleaned daily for us as we were staying for a longer trip. I recommend this hotel for families!

TTiffanyReceptionists are very helpful and polite. Room is very spacious and clean. Location a bit far from MRT (15-20mins walk) but overall is good location to stay. Nearby also have local breakfast and some cafe and restaurants.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel created a wonderful Christmas atmosphere. The air was filled with the sweet scent of cinnamon and mulled wine, and there was a beautiful Christmas tree. Jennie, Fay, and Crystal at the front desk handled my check-in, and the room experience was excellent. The ladies were very enthusiastic, and the room was well-equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean and tidy, with a light tea scent that I like very much. The free midnight snack service is also very good. There is a cafe and the riverside opposite, which makes it very comfortable to walk around at night.

MM40853****The staff were very friendly and the hotel's location is excellent. After a late night at Disneyland, I was too tired to walk to the shuttle pick-up, but then I discovered that bus route 50, which stops right outside the subway station, goes directly to the hotel entrance. From my 18th-floor room, I could even see Cinderella Castle! The restaurant was quite thoughtful; the roasted pumpkin and stir-fried lotus root with snap peas were delicious! Highly recommended!

å¼å¼ę°“ksbooked a room at the Banyan tree for my parents who were visiting to celebrate their wedding anniversary and upon check in we were greeted by the most lovely staff who quickly helped my parents check in and upgraded us for free to a nicer room. It also had prepared Rose petals within the room and some desserts to celebrate their wedding anniversary which was very appreciated. The room was unbelievable and the view alone made the whole experience worth it. My parents absolutely loved their stay and couldnāt stop raving about the service of all the workers as well. we had some items that my family were unsure if we could bring onto flight, and the hotel staff even went out of their way to call the airline to confirm for us.ļæ¼ hotel amenities also great, huge gym and pool with multiple spas, and gym having a reformer pilates machine too. weāve been to many hotels within shanghai now and this is by far the best , with strong service, a modern room and incredible view. all the photos of the view in the review were taken from within the room, better than going out to the bund!

MM356763****I switched to this hotel last minute after a terrible experience at another place, and as soon as I stepped into the lobby, I felt so much better! First, the front desk staff, UU, was incredibly enthusiastic and patient. We weren't sure about the room types, and she helped us with a detailed explanation and assisted us in making adjustments. Then, once we got to the room, the view was absolutely fantastic! Weāve stayed at many hotels along the river, and this one really stands out for its overall value for money. It's hard for pictures to capture how stunning the night view truly is. The mini-bar design is unique and well-thought-out, and the desk is large enough for reading or working. The room layout is spacious and practical, never feeling cramped. The bathroom, towels, bedding, and kettle were all very clean. The food delivery robot was also super fast. Plus, the location makes it incredibly convenient for taxis, as they can drop you off right at the hotel entrance. After switching here and getting a good night's rest, I feel completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend! šš»

Convenient when you wanted to travel to somewhere else.
The room I get quite far from the lift and there's up and down you have to carry the luggage, it's quite tough.
Cleanliness is considered good, but sometimes can feel the smell of cigarettes.
There's coffee machine at the lobby and it's good.

JJuju1978Location is great, they provide laundry soaps/laundry machine which is great. Breakfast is so so. We had a room overlooking a side alley and we changed the room. The passage to the new room was wet and dripping, there was mold. It was actually disgusting to see that. Our stay was ok, i do not want to bash them, but surely it is not good health wise for your clients to sleep in a moldy place.
The staff are ok.

GGuest UserThe house is being renovated, so for the weekend, I decided to stay overnight as a local resident of Shanghai. During the two years of the pandemic, I also took my child to many iconic local hotels to experience them. After considering factors such as comfort, location, cost-effectiveness, dining, service, opening hours, and overall quality, I would highly recommend this hotel to friends planning a trip to Shanghai. The staff are very attentive and responsive to any needs. The location is excellent, situated in North Bund, Hongkou District, which is not too noisy and offers easy access to various amenities. For those visiting Shanghai, there is a stand-up comedy show nearby that is definitely worth checking out. The dining options are plentiful, and you can easily reach Siji Minfu within walking distance. The North Bund City Terrace and the Waibaidu Bridge are also within walking distance. Last night, I took a stroll around the area and stood at the North Bund City Terrace. Seeing Shanghai and Pudong's Oriental Pearl Tower from this vantage point was truly breathtaking.
